It's a 50/50 shot if they get your order right. I peek in to make sure the right amount of items are there before I leave but I am allergic to jalepenos and so I order with out anything to do with jalepenos. They get that wrong more like 8 out of 10. But other than that the food is decent enough for fast food Mexican.

So far this Taco Bell has been very good as far as food. Employees are not overly friendly but get the job done.Parking: Parking is good and easy to get in and out.

First off the employee took our order with a nasty attitude.They always forget sauce, forks and part of your order. Employees are rude if you walk up to the window at 11 pm to get what they forgot. “I won’t service you if you’re not in a car” if they wouldn’t forget stuff we wouldn’t have had to ask for it. Let’s not forget his friend who came up to the window right beside our car and nothing was said. He food was bland and cold by the time I got to eat it.

I worked a 12 hour shift and all I wanted was some food and to go home and rest. Went to this Taco Bell on west state. Spent way too much money on food that wasn’t even in the bag and the other half wasn’t even correct. Which it’s my fault for not checking the bag before I pulled away. The employees need to actually care about their job and Atleast put in an effort, if not they need to quit.

Great crew! They made my order exactly as I asked. It was hot and delicious....except for the Cinnamon twists. I don't know what Taco Bell (corp.) has done to them, but I don't like the oil they use now it has a strong taste. They have also cut back on the cinnamon sugar coating. One of my favorites, but not any more!Vegetarian options: Love the various vegetarian options they have! The Fiesta Veggie Burrito is my number #2 go to food item. My #1 is their standard bean burrito.Parking: Large parking area with several handicapped accessible parking.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair/handicapped spaces are right up next to the building.Dietary restrictions: They make my burritos just as I ask as I can't handle lettuce or guacamole.

I stopped by today around 5, it's your average Taco Bell so don't expect 5 star service. However the service wasn't rude, I was even told "thank you" as I was leaving. They were very busy with a door dash order and handled it well with professionalism. Nothing was out of order, happy customer.

I like this taco bell. The cinnamon twists were nasty. Tasted like a greasy restaurant. Rest of food was great! This place in not in KFC. It is in a seperate new building next to KFC. Shared pics to prove it's in a separate building.

EVERY TIME I go to this taco bell, I have some kind of issue. This one takes the cake however. I went to get loaded nacho fries and they tell me they have the fries, but no longer have the nacho fries because they're out of truff sauce. IM FINE WITH THAT. I specifically order mine WITHOUT truff sauce and omit steak and simply add beef. It's just a bowl of fries, beef, cheese and tomato which they have ALL of these things, but when they finally stop talking over me so I can inform them of this, they REFUSED to make it, kept reiterating they can't make the loaded fries. Fine, so I ask them to just give me the order of fries, and a side of beef, cheese, and tomatoes so I can make it myself. After all of this, all of a sudden they decide they're out of fries. I'm done with this place. Worst taco bell I've ever been to.

Been here for a doordash for over an hour. Went through the 30 minute line just to be told to pull around, then proceeded to wait an extra 30 minutes with just a finger being put up at me when I tried to get anyone’s attention. It’s honestly ridiculous how they manage their store. Oh yes, still waiting as I type this.
You need to check your order after they hand it to you. Ordered custom My Cravings Boxes on the app. Lobby was closed. Took an additional 20 minutes to get my food through the drive thru. When I received my food I drove home to find that they had given me two nacho fries boxes. Not what I had ordered, and not the cost of what I had ordered. I then had to return through the drive thru again to get the correct order that was already sitting there. They will not answer their phone and were "sorry", but "oh well". The whole purpose of ordering ahead, is so that you can grab your food and go.

They told me that Taco Bell did not have any delivery service at all very rudely & slammed phone down on me.I really needed that food as my caregiver didn't come until next day to buy me some groceries & I love Taco Bell.

I work at a job where I go to lunch at 9:00 a.m. This Taco Bell can't open on time so I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get my food that I've already paid for through the app. Brand new store that's been open for weeks now and they still can't get their stuff right

First time I was missing a burrito and tonight its a Cinnabon delight and the item I made Supreme does not even have tomato on it and to top it off I call the store someone answered and immediately disconnected.... I HATE leaving bad reviews but I gave you a chance to fix it and you decided not to........
