Stopped in Wendy's at exit 7 for a quick bite with a friend. Placed my order, and the manader stopped the cashier from taking my friends order because they were so backed up at the window. Got my food and ate it. My friend never got to order, so we left. Get your ducks in a row exit 7 Wendy's!

Kids and I used to love coming here. Doubtful we will come to this location again. 3 times in a row I’ve had to come back to get our order fixed. I’m 420 friendly, but I believe they be smoking too much to get orders right. Don’t just ask and assume they are answering correctly if your order is all in the bag, actually look.

Beyond disappointed with this location lately. Either food missing, sauce that was specifically asked for missing, the total unprofesionalism when taking an order(asking to repeat multiple times, laughing over the speaker) the person who took my order today sounded like she was high on something and couldn't think straight. And everytime I've pulled up to the first window to pay the worker is sitting on their phone and take 10-20 seconds to stop and realize I'm there waiting to pay. My queso fries today had the smallest amount of sauce might as well have been a regular fry, and my chili had basically no hamburger in it, the onions that were added are bottom of the barrel quality(large chunks and small hard round chunks) which I've never gotten in a Chili from any wendys before. I don't usually write reviews especially bad ones, but needless to say I won't be returning to this location for a long time.

So I ordered baconator fries, and I got a soggy, half cooked bacon that's not even cooked. I was thrown in the bowl, and it was busy or had a rush when I came in. This is sad!!!

Worst Wendy's ever. Waited 15 minutes for a sandwich that was slapped together, missing ingredients and possibly sat on. And the fries were cold and soggy. I don't mind waiting for food but at least add some quality.

I made a quick trip to the bathroom and it was so nasty that I just left with no food. Drink machine is always broken and they are so unorganized trying to serve food.
Order the biggie bag today just for my gf to take a bit of her burger for it to pink all the way

Multiple times I've gotten raw or undercooked burgers. Can't trust that they will get your order right either. Fries are always cold or taste like they have been sitting under a warmer for 45 minutes. I do not recommend this Wendy's.

Got the chili about 8:30 pm. I think it might have been out too long. Both of us had stomach issues the next 24 hours. Baked potatoes were delicious. Great Frosty.

The last two times I been to this location the food and service has not been up to par. Usually the food is hot, fresh and really good. Definitely has not been as good as usual during my last two visits. Love the location and food.. please fix it.
