This is the second time this has happened !! We waited for our food for 15-20 mins and I got shorted my wings.I understand fast food isn’t the easiest job but with the price of food I expect to get all my food .

I'm disappointed, I took my grandson there last night to celebrate his 18th birthday, the loaded fries? Had three tiny pieces of chicken on it, very disappointed for the price they charge, my chicken sandwich was raw, and the cole slaw my son n law had, had a piece of plastic in it ( how is this even possible?) So I'm disappointed, I used to love Zaxby's but I'm afraid not anymore, sad because the guys were great, and friendly but the food wasn't good....what a waste of $70

First of all, this was my 2nd bad visit. 1st time drive thru was so slow I ended up going in. 2nd time waited and waited for someone to take our order at the drive thru. Left and drove to window. Where 3 lazy young people stood there chatting. They were a little uncomfortable when they noticed us at the window. We told them how long we waited at the window, no apology. Still didn't ask to take our order. We went to Chick fil A, it was ?. I love your menu please work on your staff. If I actually go to this location again and get treated with indifference it will be my last time. It is your staff not other locations. Maybe you should take a lesson from the staff at chik fil a. I love that they say "my pleasure" when I say thank you. Seriously disappointed that you don't need my business at The Pinnacle.

Great food service slow ,had to wait on cheddar bites,they said was cooking but when we got them was Luke warm,
The absolute worst service I've ever had. Not only did I have to wait 10 minutes to give them my order .I also had to pull around and wait in my food for another 20 minutes after I paid for it. Everyone working in the drive thru on 12/7/2023 should be fired!

Went for lunch. Used drive thru. The food was ready nearly immediately. Which means it was already cooked and sitting. Not so good for fried chicken strips and fries. We had a small fingers and fries. The fries had so much seasoning salt they were nearly inedible. Even the Texas toast was salty. Strips were all we could eat. Threw half the meal away because it was so salty. Won’t be going back to this one.

We went through the drive thru tonight and ordered two meals and one drink. We were asked to pull around to wait. We waited 20 minutes! Cars were lined up around the building waiting for food. Finally, my husband went inside to ask for our money back and was told our food was coming. Another 5 minutes later, we finally got it. This Zaxbys hasn't had their act together since they opened, but this was ridiculous!
I ordered double cole slaw with the tenders meal. I paid 9 plus dollars for that meal and got double fries instead of cole slaw. Not happy about that. I had ordered it online and it was picked up in the drive-thru. When it arrived and I didn't even get one bowl of cole slaw much less the two I had ordered I was pretty disappointed.

Hands down one of the most negligent drive thru designs I've ever participated in. The only thing they got right about the drive thru process was the square building. Everything else is inefficient and designed to waste customer and employee

I just left the Pinnacle and all I ordered was two pieces of grilled chicken. I get the smallest, hardest, overcooked, burnt chicken I've ever seen. I made it 20 minutes back home and can't even eat the food I paid for and I'm too sick battling cancer to drive back. I'm beyond disgusted and disappointed with Zaxby's!
