The older lady working at the counter couldn’t help her younger coworker but instead was more focused on talking and laughing on a video call at the pickup counter. I had ordered just a simple hash brown order and the lady was just sitting and laughing on her phone while her coworker was hustling to make all of the drinks. It had to have taken at least 10 minutes for her to even pull the sticker and start making my simple order of hashbrowns. The lady couldn’t even greet or look up at a single customer picking up their order. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to her coworkers.

The manager here is so chill and actually cares about his staff. Shout out to the king himself Mahbub! I know I let you down by quitting last minute but this place was such a good place to work. Very clean and orderly. The manager cares about the way his shop looks although the youthful staff can have a negative impact on the place depending on their maturity level. The other manager Baby is such a sweetheart. Honestly, if you go to any other dunkin in the area you will be making a mistake. Dunkin’ Donuts Bristow is THE place to go.

Decided to stop in since I was almost done door dashing , it's close to where I live I haven't tried their new butter pecan frozen coffee, so I went ahead and ordered a medium with extra topping s. The place was quite which I was the only person there besides two employees. There was music playing which was nice . I ordered off of the big table they have now to place your own order vs on the app . You can also scan your app using the tablet also. Would i order this drink again probably not but hey if you like coffee go for it !

Overall this location was pretty good. I hadn't been to a Dunkin' Donuts location in a while. Most the Dunkin' spots are kiosks. They have breakfast items and wraps. I ordered an avocado toast with bacon and a chocolate crissant. My family ordered grilled cheese sandwiches. It was fast and we really didn't have to talk to anyone because the we used the screen at the register to order.

What happened to DD? DD used to be great. Great coffee, great food, great service. Now it's just trash. Perhaps DD focused completely on growing and opening more locations at the expense of quality. Quality is what made DD successful. Now it appears lack of quality in all aspects is going to be their downfall.

Beyond Trash. No one in there knows what they are doing. Nothing is fresh - not the coffee. Not the baked goods. They overcharge you and don’t know what’s going on. A mess. Do not waste your money or time. Worst Dunkin in America hands down.
