Typically don’t leave reviews but it seems when i do it’s due to a pest problem. As I was about to swipe my card something caught my attention out the corner of my eye. Was a mouse running away from the staff as they try to catch it. New build so I understand there’s challenges but chasing a mouse in-front of customers isn’t the best look.

I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but today’s visit was disappointing. Despite being the only customer, it took an unreasonably long time to receive my pre-packaged salad, around 15-20 minutes. The manager, who I assume was the lady in charge, was rather abrupt, throwing my food onto the counter. I suggest trying the Gainesville location instead. Do not go here.

The staffs at this location are always friendly and I enjoy coming but I have to admit that the food prep is terrible. Good thing the menu had a huge update, but you must train the staffs to cook accordingly as well. The bread on my chipotle avocado chicken sandwich was over cooked and brick hard (and super dry) that it almost broke my teeth. Not sure if I'm ordering food here again in awhile.

Haley needs a raise! I went to this location today and used the drive thru. She has the sweetest energy and amazing customer service. The website/app is down and she explained to me how to use the receipt to get points and was just so bubbly overall. You don’t find that kind of attitude too often in the food

Every time I come here.... it's something. Customer service is never good. Food is usually okay when the order is right. This is the only Panera I go to that is rarely busy. I understand why. I usually drive the extra few minutes to eat at a different one. It's a shame since it's a new, nice location.

The food at Panera was ok, but the service was absolutely horrible. I’ve never been treated in such an atrocious way before coming to this Panera location. There were two employees, their name tags said Christina and Raylen I believe, and they treated me awfully and gave me an attitude when I sent my food back because there was a hair in it. When I asked for a manager, the manager came and did absolutely nothing to help my situation and didn’t even bother lecturing the employees. The manager was a middle aged African American woman. Her name started with a “D”. The atmosphere itself wasn’t great and I couldn’t enjoy my meal while smelling a strong sent of cannabis from a larger, Hispanic employee. I was completely appalled by the service and how I was treated, and everything to do with the place itself. Please hire better management because this behavior is unacceptable and despicable. Thank you.

it's actually nice from the food to the indoor space down to the neatness it's just amazing
The food was good. The service was accurate and timely. I still use drive-through pickup where I can. This is the only Panera in the Manassas area that has a drive-through service. The person I dealt with was patient and friendly.

We really enjoy having Panera close to us however, this location is very hit and miss. We have experienced order pick-ups missing food items, overly salted soups, sandwiches with very little filling inside and when special instructions were included (allergy restriction) they weren’t followed. Other family and friends had slightly better experiences but ours has really been 2-stars at best. Buyer beware with this one.

Well they made a mixture of chicken Baja and Mediterranean bowl. Didn't cut any of the pizzas amd couldn't get the drinks right. Then you could hear the cook saying he wasn't going to remake it bc he didn't mess it up. It was remade but slightly a hassle.

Poor management and employees. Employees need to be trained desperately or at least hire employees who care about doing their job even a little bit. This location has the absolute worst customer service.I have tried going into the cafe and ordering several times, as well as trying the drive thru and EVERY time I get the same extremely slow service with multiple employees just standing around in the back. Usually I order a bagel, sliced, NOT toasted with cream cheese. That's it. Literally grab a bagel from the stack of bagels throw it through the machine and in a bag. Most of the time, I am the only one in line, and it will take me AT LEAST 10-15 minutes for someone to take my order and to receive it... for a bagel...If you are not ordering online for cafe pickup at least 30 min in advance, don't bother coming to this location.
I like Panera, but I can’t believe I paid 10$ for this tiny salad…You should standardize your portions.
