Whatever you do, do not order online. This morning I ordered my smoothie online at 7am so I could grab it on my way to work. Although it said it'd be ready by 7:10, that was impossible since they never opened. I stayed until 7:40 and still no employees. Think twice!

The customer service and quality of the smoothies has significantly decreased at this location since the recent change in management & staff which is really unfortunate as it is doing a disservice to the brand.

Got a bowl and it’s so frozen I can’t even eat it. Waited 20 min for my order and now another 10 and still can’t eat. Paid 12 bucks for a frozen popsicle.

Not a great experience with the manager. I go to Smoothie King in Bristow often and the staff is great. However, the manager did not know how to apply the free Friday member upsize promotion. He blamed it on a system error (that only my order was experiencing). As the manager, he should of easily been able to refund me the difference but didn’t seem to know how. He did provide me coupons for 2.00 off my next visit but only because I pressed the issue. He also let me know the prices reflected on the in-store menu were out dated and incorrect. If that is true the in-store menu needs to be updated!! Not the best Friday morning experience!

Requested almond butter on a smoothie bowl, because I have a peanut allergy. The owner/manager just kept huffing and repeating "no, peanut butter" over and over again to my husband and I, as well as talk over my husband to read him irrelevant menu items. He was very rude and the other employee there wanted to accomodate us, but didnt want to get in trouble it seemed. Our bowl was only half filled as well.

I have been going to this store for years, and I was fairly close with the previous owners. The workers were always super friendly and understanding. Recently the atmosphere has changed. I still see the friendly faces of the workers but there seems to be new management. One time I happen to be in the store and I noticed the new worker (I believe the manager) holding a stray dog behind the smoothie bar. The new man is pushy and appears to be rude to the other team members. I fear for the other team members and I feel for them. I love smoothie kings smoothies especially the lemon twist strawberry but their management needs to do better.

I love Smoothie King, and this location is wonderful. The staff is always super helpful, and when I order online to pickup, my order is always ready. I appreciate their willingness to recommend new smoothies when I’m not in the mood for my go-to’s.I tried one of the new Smoothie Bowls last night, and loved it! It was acai based, and the toppings were delicious. It was large enough for my hubby and I to share. I love Smoothie King, and don’t mind paying a little extra for the high quality and nutritious smoothies and bowls they offer!
First time being here. The staff were fine. But the prices are ridiculous with some smoothies being $10? And worst of all, when you go to pay they automatically want to charge a tip. Sadly the smoothie wasn’t even good.

Came here on my lunch break and had one of the best experiences. Jamie was the cashier and she was awesome! It was lunch time so there was a pretty decent line as expected. A lot of people were unsure what to get and had coupons. Most people would have been overwhelmed or annoyed BUT the cashier Jamie was extremely helpful, patient and kind. she knew all the smoothies and was a great help helping people pick a smoothie based off what they said they liked. It's honestly refreshening to go in somewhere and have such a helpful and patient person working there. i just thought she deserved a shoutout and some recognition!
