Came in for the first time. The condiment table and all the counters were dirty! Looks like they were never cleaned. Poor hygiene.

As soon as I saw this girl talkin on her phone instead of working , I knew I would have a bad experience. That same girl was giving me attitude when I asked her to replace my drink because it did not look like how all the other Starbucks I've been to made em . You can tell she really ain't wana be there. If she doesn't wana work then she should just quit plain and simple . Instead of ruin people's coffee . The coffee turned out bad just like I thought it would

Usually very quick to make my drink. One employee is amazing. I ordered using my AAC app + while most people look down on me for not speaking he was very patient for me to type everything out, didn't rush me, + treated me equally to people who ordered verbally. I'd give him 5 stars. The store overall gets 4 bc I've had a few encounters where my drink wasn't blended well enough + I got big chunks of ice that ended up watering it down a lot.
I love starbucks it is my addition I love iced coffee with a lot of cinnamon I go at least 4 times a week the people who work in this place are very friendly and always greet you with a big smile that's why I love starbucks

The coffee is usually pretty good but recently I went there at 8pm because their website said that this location closed at 9. When I got there all the lights in the Starbucks were out and we found a worker who told us they close at 8 so their website is wrong.

They were overwhelmed and I never got served. Had to walk out. They kinda argued about who was going to take my drink order. It was very strange. After about 10 minutes I just left. Didn't want to make a scene. Starbucks in Fairfax near the hospital
