First time ordering here, online order you’d think that you wouldn’t have to tell them what to put on the sandwich but I was missing toppings and I was missing bacon on my #3 which they should’ve known that was supposed to be on the sandwich so I paid for a sandwich I didn’t

Subway is the worst I have seen I don't know how they stayed in business this long I just got a sub I looked at it and threw it away I hope they go out of business junk food

We ordered 3 subs, one of them a vegetable sub, the other two a roast beef and a chicken terikayi. We received 3 vegetable subs, even though they were labelled correctly and otherwise had the right ingrediatnts. There was literally no chicken on the last sub. Never coming back here again.

Automatically added a 20% tip to my sub purchase without my knowledge. Found out about it after I had left the location and looked at the receipt. Will not be returning to this location.

I suggest not ordering delivery. delivery is made by doordash, but if something goes wrong, the restaurant will not refund or redeliver. your on your own to get refund from subway corporate. Good luck.

it is a Subway shop, their food is like any other Subway store.My experience with the overall costumer service is average. I have noticed a few other works there appears to be a senior employee or management, they were rude and unfriendly.I've noticed their store hour on the website and google is not accurate. I had showed up at 8:15-20am, the store is not closed when the store hour is 8am and google shows it is open. Just be cautious if you are planning to go there in the morning.

The quality of service has declined in the last two months. It's inefficient. The priority is internet customers and I've been told that twice in person. My checkout process was interrupted three times by the cashier leaving to take tickets for online orders to the other person and then forgetting what I ordered. Also for the first time in twenty years, the bread I ordered wasn't fully baked. I'm not sure how that is even possible .

DO NOT GO HERE IT YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. My husband went to pick up lunch for us. I have a SEVERE fish allergy, and since tuna is on the menu, I always ask for the sandwich artist to change gloves and the knife used to cut the sandwich. The worker that served my husband refused to change out the knife, insisting that dunking it in a bucket of solution is sufficient. It is not sufficient, as allergen particles can still exist on the knife afterwards and lead to cross contamination. My husband argued with her the proper protocol several times and she still refused. I would call management or corporate, but she did not give my husband a receipt, only contaminated sandwiches. Do not go here.

Went here at 11 today, there were no other customers when we walked in. There were two workers both who looked as if we were bothering them by showing up. Their demeanor didn't change as we attempted to place our orders. My husband and I both had to repeat our orders several times only to be met with a huh or blank expression. Three times I had to ask them to remove certain veggies that I had asked not to have on my wrap. I asked for one sauce and they added that and also so much Mayo even though I didn't ask for Mayo. Not a big deal, I took it anyway. Then I tried to use the restroom, there was no toilet tissue in either the mens or womens bathrooms. I tried to tell the worker in charge who at this point was standing in the front playing on his phone, he rolled his eyes and told me that both restrooms have a double tissue dispenser and I need to look again. I tried to tell him that I could see that and that all four were empty. He shooed me away to go check again.... So I walked back to make sure that I hadn't overlooked anything... I didn't. I went back where he was still playing on his phone and let him know that it in fact was still empty at which point he sighed loudly rolled his eyes and then went to get one roll of toilet paper to put in the womens restroom. Which had trash all over the floor also. It was terrible. I know subway isn't a 5 star restaurant, but come on. The customer service and cleanliness of the facility was so far under par.

Came in at 12:30 lunchtime 4/26 and received terrible customer service from the clerk working. Heavy set woman with glasses was respectful but the woman working with her hates her job and let’s you know it by treating paying customers like trash.
