Terrible experience this evening.Placed an online order for two subs and a churro.Subs were ice cold, like I was really confused. Toasted was listed for both. Had 0 condiments when we wanted mayo and Parm vinegarette..Called to let them know and they said all was done correctly.. absolutely not. Let me bring the subs back and asked for them to make new ones.No new ones were made they said they would toast and add condiments.I get home and they're DRENCHED in mayo. I scooped 3 tablespoons of my son's sub. we literally could not eat them, had to trash and son cries.And we never even received the churro from the start!! Lol the girls laughed and wouldn't even give they're names.Waste of time and money and gas. 0 customer service. Yuck

Tell you false times for pickup orders and the employees hardly ever have your order started by the time you get there. They are always out of so much but do not tell you until your order is supposed to be ready. I've tried to be very understanding but after giving them so many chances I'm just over it. They need a better system or better employees!

A Dear Friend just brought Me a Turkey, Ham & Bacon with Provolone on a Herbs & Cheese Toasted Sub Roll. I wanted Spinach, Cucumber and Onion Sauce. So Good!!! I Ate the Whole Sub!!!Subway Timberville ... Thank You for Making a Delicious Sub !!! You Rock !!!I Ate it All up wasn't even thinking about a Photo today only feeding my Hungry Stomach.

I got skipped one time and the lady behind me was giving the lady doing the subs her order when I was literally standing in front of her and the second time I got skipped and they seen me standing up there too and this was all in the same day. And after all that they didn't give me a bag but they gave everyone else one. This is the worst experience I've had here. Never again.

This store needs new management or someone who knows how to order. They are always out of stuff. Tonight they had one cheese, provolone. Then they were out of onions which seems to happen a lot and also out of pickles. Ridiculous
