Pleasantly surprised by how expansive this farmer's market is. Located at a Burke VRE station near the Guinea Road Target (the best one in the area if you ask me), this market has a lot of vendors selling produce, plants, desserts, specialty products, and even fresh bread. We managed to walk away with some fresh tomatoes and asparagus. I get almost all of my groceries at this market. I may pay more, but I know it's fresh and I am not getting a lot of chemicals and hormones in my food. I feel better supporting local growers. And it forces me to cook seasonally
