I ordered food for delivery. Easy order. Sausage biscuits and fries. Delivery took 5 min. The fries are so cold it seems they were taken from freezer straight to carton. Sausage just as cold. Does this place not cook their food before delivery? Will not order from this chain again

Cheated out of entree order that the employee who was notified via phone to make notation from drive thru order on 3/1/24.. Order consisted of 2 rice bowls & 2 salads. However, upon arrival at home only 2 salads & one rice bowl. Have been a regular customer at least twice to three times a week with an average order at least $45 or more. Returned today(3/3/24) for my rice bowl with receipt and was refused to be compensated. In fact the manager was rude in resolving the issue for he saw no notation. Regardless of issue, this should have been resolved on better terms. Why would I return after being told via phone discussion on Friday evening (3/1/24) that he would make a notation for the manager to pick up the missing rice bowl. Inflated prices are on the rise and no customer should be told that complaint call would not be resolve. There is no place for rudeness and unprofessionalism with a dissatisfied customer who has been a regular patron of your franchise. I will now take a seat back before I return to this establishment.

Fries were old, hard and dry, and lukewarm. Not edible. Bought for lunch and returned to store after work only to be told I had to call if there was a problem with my order. Well, that is not written anywhere on the receipt. Not even an apology.

All I wanted was a birthday bo berry biscuit. Got an email about it but was told at the drive thru that they don’t participate. I visit this location about every other week so it feels like loyalty isn’t rewarded here.

Today, my mother had a disappointing experience with customer service at Bojangles in Carrollton, VA. The woman she encountered at the drive-thru was dismissive and rude. When my mother inquired about the availability of the 4-piece wing combo, the woman curtly responded with a "No." Additionally, when my mother asked about the 3-piece wing combo, the woman abruptly cut her off, stating, "Ma'am, we don't have any wings." This prompted me to call and speak to a manager after overhearing the entire interaction.As customers, we rightfully expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy. While we understand that items may not always be available, the tone used in this instance was unnecessary. The employee could have simply suggested a different option on the menu, but instead, she conveyed an attitude. While I appreciate the Manager Tye's efforts to resolve the issues, a complimentary meal does not adequately address the situation, since we do not reside in this area.None of us are aware of what the other person may be going through, but that doesn't justify such poor behavior. It's a fundamental principle: treat others the way you would want to be treated. Despite numerous positive experiences with Bojangles in Carrollton in the past, this recent encounter was disheartening. I sincerely hope this feedback is received constructively, prompting necessary steps to ensure other customers do not face similar issues in the future.

Dinning room is closed and help in the drive thru was rude to say the least. The fries are always way over salted to the point of inedible. Needles to say I don't go here very often and the parking lot is usually next to empty so seems like not too many others are eating here either.it is expensive to eat here as well.

I come here once a week for work, and the food is always good. Customer service is lacking a bit, on several occasions the person on the drive through headset has been rude (not just one, different employees) and cut me off mid sentence, but I guess as long as you're coming for the food and not the service you'll be ok.

Have gone here twice now in two days to have the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Put in a mobile order twice now. The app says to go inside and pick up. Upon arriving the doors were closed and when I pulled up to the drive thru I got an attitude as if I should have known the doors were closed. This morning I put in a mobile order to have the same woman on the other end say it’s not ready and they just received it. That it wouldn’t be ready until the time the app said…..even when there was nobody in line. So I basically went out of the drive thru and to a parking spot rather than have this person complain further about doing a job she’s employed to do. Pathetic showing of customer service and I won’t be back.

Went here on 11/26/23 @ 12:58pm My husband order chicken strips box and one of them was raw the chicken and the batter, I've never had this happen before and we come here often, just highly disappointed, and on top of that who ever was running drove thru was rude as well!!!
