Went to order, and as I placed my order, the girl made it very clear by huffing and puffing that they were not interested. Then, when I pull around to the window to pay, no one greets me, but I can hear the girl about to make my sandwich saying “I am not making anybody’s food today and they better stop with these food orders.”I barely ever come to this Dunkin, because every time I come here it’s almost almost the same experience. Very sad that they can’t have decent people working for them that want to do the job.

I just started working in the area and this is the closet coffee spot near my job. The service is always top notch anytime Mariah is there she gives off great energy! She always have a smile on her face and I be coming there around 6:45am and she always smiling!! My coffee is always super hot the way I like it! All their staff at this location is so pleasant every time!

I have to edit my review. Five years ago I had a better review but this place has gone down over the years. I'm posting this in hopes that someone at Dunkin Donuts takes notice and starts cleaning this place up. Service is moderate now, which is an improvement because it's been horrible in the past. The food is still okay and coffee is good but the place is dirty and gross. Look at the pictures. These pictures were taken at 5:20am which is 20 minutes after opening. Trash on the ground, dirt visible and tables are dirty with food stains on them. It's apparent no one has cleaned here in a long time. I didn't even want to use the table. I come here weekly and while this is the worse it's looked in a while, it's consistently gross.I'm open to changing this review if there is positive change.Please clean this place.

It was thanksgiving morning and only one girl there so she was barely able to keep up you could see and here the frustration so she caused you to feel uneasy to ask here for anything extra for her to do ,But that would not keep me from going there anymore. The food is why I will never go to this DD ever again.In the last year,I have gotten half cooked food there and my last visit i food tasted so bad I was sick for almost 3 days after eating there .I refuse to spend my thanksgiving in hospital getting stomach pumped. Never go there again.

Worst customer experience ever! You ask for cold brew and they give you watered down iced coffee. Breakfast sandwiches are often cold. Customer service is horrible. Don’t waste your money. Poor management is evident!
This place is very clean. Service is good. Staff are very nice. Be patient with them, this place is new a most are learning. But overall I like it. Will be a returning customer.
Iced coffee tasted like water.Asked for Boston crème was given a different donut.Went in to the store and was made another iced coffee that tasted like water not coffee.

Probably one of the slooooweest Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. Even if I order thirty minutes ahead on the app it’s still not ready and I have to wait another 10-15 minutes at the store

Miriah the manager on the 10 o'clock shift was extremely rude towards me I had asked for a worker I've known for a while there and she straight up said no and that I wasn't getting free food even after I showed her the 20 I was planning on paying with she refused to serve me and told everyone working to make sure I payed when she walked in the back I could hear her yelling at her staff with customers in the store cussing up a storm over something extremely petty and not worth the trouble as her shift ended around 12 I came back for lunch to see if I could finally order food she coped another attitude and told me to move when I was standing in the seating area eating my food all a around the other workers where extremely nice and do not deserve to be getting yelled at she was the only rude one and was telling other workers to not serve me.
