I visited Artisana Pizza for the first time over the weekend, and I was not disappointed! I ordered the burrata & tomato shareable, as well as an “individual” size make your own pizza. The sizes of both dishes were pleasantly surprising, and all the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. Even the leftover pizza tasted delicious. If you are looking for fresh Neapolitan pizza in the Centreville area... this is a great place to start! I love Pupatella and Andy's for NY pizza... but I'm so glad there is one in Centreville that is easily accessible! The crust is beautifully crisp and and has a chewiness... the ingredients are so fresh... there's only one size pizza and it's not the largest but you're not coming here for quantity... those who like quality ingredients... this is for you. I loved the Margherita and the Pepperoni Picante... I would skip the wings... not that great. But I would start with the Cheesy Garlic Faccacia... it is absolutely spectacular! The pizza comes quick and service was also great. The restaurant is clean and new. Come check it out!

We saw the social media buzz about this place and suggested to my family that we pick up a pie and some sides from Artisana Pizza. We ordered the Pepperoni Picante, wings, and cheese bread.The cheese bread was good. However, the wings were too dry/overcooked (we tried a few, but did not finish them because of this), and the cheese (mozz and ricotta) on the pizza seemed off putting. While just a preference, there was too much ricotta on the pizza for our liking.To top it all off - I felt sick later that night and ended up with bad stomach pains.

Just came here for dinner. Ordered the Burrata and tomato, cheesy garlic focaccia and Dolce Vita pizza. The Burrata and tomato says it's fresh Burrata and Roma tomato. It was neither. I watched the guy behind the prep counter open a plastic container like what you can get at Giant and plop two balls of not fresh cheese on a mountain of arugula with a few slices of average regular tomato. NOT Roma. Not even close to ripe. The Cheesy Garlic focaccia was one of those three. Cheesy. No garlic taste at all and the same dough they make the pizza with which is ok but it's not focaccia. The Dolce Vita pizza... tasted very floral. Thin slivers of ham and another pile of arugula with a few blobs of fig "jam". Can't recommend. The server was friendly but that's about it. Everything was bland and unremarkable. We didn't linger.

Had a wonderful lunch here today. Wood fired pizza. Dough was very tasty, toppings fresh and flavorful. We had the meatball and ricotta pizza and a margarita pizza. Would order both again. Pizzas are considered a personal size pizza but for us one pizza would serve 2. Not a complaint at all, just a comment. Definitely give it a try, great service, pleasant atmosphere. We will return.
