I often come here and order large orders with my family. the flavors of the drinks can often be inconsistent, but we all make mistakes as we are human. The issue started when my drink just tasted very off, a bit chalky. I mention to the staff and just request to change it for something else, but they refuse. I tried on insisting more but they continued to refuse so I chose to leave it alone. I just unfortunately wont be returning anymore

This place is AMAZING. the milk tea is so good and the brown sugar boba are awesome. Super chill and comfortable atmosphere. great place to come on a. Rainy do or after a long day at work or to work at. In my opinion it has a better atmosphere for working than a coffee shop. Parking was very available and the workers are super nice and will try to help u as best they can. If they got something wrong they are willing to remake it for no extra cost.

Ordered a caramel cheese tea that required flame for burning chopped walnuts, but unfortunately, the cup got charred, resulting in undesirable burnt particles contaminating the tea. Be cautious to prevent this.Heard the manager correcting the staff, but they only covered the black edges with milk foam. It's entirely possible to replace the cup, indicating a lack of honesty from both the manager and the staff. I won't be returning in the future.

I got black bubble milk tea, and it was really tasty. The boba was well cooked and perfect amount of sweetness. But it was pricey and staffs spoke in chinese to get order to me, and I felt little uncomfortable.

Wait too long for only one cup of tea. The staff are extremely inefficient. Two employees made only two cups of tea in more than 15 minutes. Even if you stand at the front desk and stare at them, they still work slowly and walk slowly.

I've only been here once so far, but they're off to a good start. First, their milk tea is lactose free, but they do have a sign saying their milk tea contains peanuts (I'm not sure if the peanut is in some or all of the drinks). I tried the tiramisu milk tea (without ice and boba). I was not disappointed. It had a great flavor and the top was finished with a denser whipped top. I'd recommend mixing that in because a lot of the tiramisu flavor is in that. The atmosphere was simple, clean, and good for talking. The drink was done quickly and the workers were helpful.
Ran to the store a minute before it closed. And grabbed the yummyest tea I have ever had is tiramisu milk tea. I also have tried their thai milk tea . Totally worth the money .Thank
