As a peruvian customer, I give this place a whopping 4.5. One of the best, juiciest pollo la brasa in the DMV! The fries, yucca, arroz chaufa, and black beans are tasty too. They need Inca Cola, and staff can be more patient. The place is clean, and comfortable to eat in. Def recommend this place.

Placingy order shouldn't have been as complex as it was. I came in seen a photo of what looks to be a quesadilla but was placed by the subs. I told the gentle man I wanted the item that was pictured on the menu board by the subs but looked like a quesadilla. He seemed confused I took a photo and showed him. The item pictured was not in sub bread. Luckily I was eating in. When I open my food to my disappointment it was not what I ordered. I hate to complain or give anyone a hard time so I ate what I could of the bland sandwich. After a quarter was ate I grabbed his attention and mentioned to him the error. He pointed out the photo is clearly under sandwich and pointed out the word "sub" as if I could not read. I refreshed his memory of not only the photo but told him that I did mention it looking like a quesadilla. All too many times I have seen menu items and photos not under the correct description that is why I tried to make it as clear as possible. I did not want a refund I did not want a apology I just wanted to make aware of our error in communication for the next customer if ever this should happen again. I felt insulted at how he was insinuating I could not comprehend the menu. There's other establishments around that I'm sure that would take better constructive criticism. First and last time.

This is our go to Peruvian chicken place. We've been to a few and this is our favorite. The chicken is seasoned very well and the sides and sauces are perfect. The green sauce is nice and spicy!

Not sure I will go back there again! I was there the other day and the guy in charge had a very cocky attitude towards me, first he didn't even greet me or aknowledge me so another person took care of me. I paid for my meal and drove home and when I got there I opened the food boxes and realized that the yuca and fries they gave were almost burned and the chicken looked like it had been reheated! Did not look fresh at all! I was very upset and dissapointed! That is the reason why a lot of places end up losing customers and close!

The fries have always been good and never soggy or stale so we always finish eating them. Their sauce have never disappointed us - it's never watered down like other places. The chicken is season so well!. I can't compare it to any other place. Lol We have eaten here 3 times a week before. We love it.

Navigating the parking lot can be a bit of a Tetris game thanks to neighboring shops and Planet Fitness, but hey, plenty of spaces if you're willing to brave it. Walking in, I was instantly impressed by the clean and fresh vibe. It's casual dining at its finest - think plenty of comfy seating without any unnecessary frills. The menu is a feast for the eyes, overflowing with both traditional Peruvian delights and exciting fusion options. I kept it classic with the Whole Chicken with 4 sides special, and let me tell you, it was a family-sized feast (seriously, choose your sides wisely - those portions are generous!). Highlights: Cilantro Rice: Perfectly fluffy and infused with that vibrant herb goodness. Yuca Fries: Crispy perfection, even after the takeout journey! Plantains: Sweet, caramelized, and just right. Saichipapas: Savory, salty, and the yellow sauce is an addictive touch. Now, the pollo parrillero was good, but a tad on the dry side. Still flavorful, but not quite what I expected. Despite the minor dryness hiccup, overall Campesino Chicken knocked it out of the park! The food was fresh, bursting with flavor, and the portions were seriously generous.
