I have ordered from this location plenty of times over the past years however as of recent, each time that I’ve ordered food it’s been terrible. Not sure if they’ve changed their recipe or ingredients. The last time I placed an order for pizzas, there was barely any sauce on them, of course it was extremely dry. I even searched my order to make sure I didn’t mark “no sauce”. I called the manager not looking for a refund but to let them know the recent and current orders were nasty; her response was “oh” lol. Unfortunately I won’t waste my money going to that location anymore.

Came in for a free earned pizza according to Dominos online. Store did not get the order, due to online issues. Talked to the shift manager/asst.“Niko” at 14120B Lee Hwy Centreville, Va 20121Niko’s job is to take care of the customers. He did not do that and gave me bland attitude and ignored me when I showed him my phone.He could’ve done the right thing but in all situations. He walked AWAY.Now this will be going to the district or regional manager.He doesn’t care about his customers. Just what’s going on in the store. It was 1 free 2 topping pizza. Told him I had other food and my toddler waiting in my vehicle and I needed the pizza and he didn’t care.I would very seriously rethink his employment with Domino's Pizza at this point.It’s really not that hard to take care of a customer and make them happy Niko. Bad customer service Niko. You’re old enough and not a teenager, plus beyond age to know better.Please get yourself together professionally.

my husband ordered us pizza from this location and wasn’t cut right some pieces of pizza was big and others were to small it wasn’t even at all and it was horrible made to and that isn’t how dominos even should be making the pizza like it tasting like cardboard that horrible please fix how it’s made and cut for now on

By far one of the best Pizza shop in the area. Their manager's special, one large 5 topping pizza for 11 bucks is a darn good bargain.

they claim pinpoint delivery but I can't even get them to deliver to my door based on where I live. All I get is excuses to as why they can only leave my food in the lobby for anyone to touch or take. Always missing things and I have to go and pick it up myself. what is the point of ordering delivery if I have to always leave my apartment to go and get it. plus why tip is I'm getting it myself as well, i tip very well for the inconvenience but they rather just drop off the food on the floor or chair. Many other delivery restaurants have no problem bringing it up to the door just this place. The staff is rude as well and they have no problem arguing with you and they will tell you you're wrong even if you're right especially when I was asking about missing items after they left so I had to go straight to the manager who said he told his employees to not deliver food to the door just drop off in the lobby. Unacceptable and I will not waste any more money there especially since I can get better pizza delivered.

Great service! I’m a truck driver making a local delivery overnight. Young man brought it out to me and even brought me a plate after they closed for pickup for the night! Everyone here is very polite and even move their cars for me to get to where I need to park. Thank you so much everyone!

Our very first order with this location and dominos in general was a delivery. They forgot things in our order. I called and asked if the driver could come back with them assuming they were in his car. I was told no. As compensation I was told the next order they will give us a credit for our troubles. Fine. This time we ordered pick up and guess who didn't honor what they told us? I understand making a mistake. I get not asking the driver to turn around but after a delivery fee and tip I expected them to honor their credit. Wouldn't use them again just out of principle.

It's always weird to leave a review for a chain like Dominos. You either need it or not, right? Of course it's not great, right? It really seems like the only reasons to leave a review are to vent or praise, because if people want quick, cheap pizza in this area, they'll probably go here without looking at reviews. I'm writing a review more in the hopes that this location or corporate see it and make some changes. We live right next to this location, and ordering through the app is a snap, so we get pizza here a couple of times a month. I think there has been a problem on every order. Ever. The running theme is unevenly cut pizzas. One slice will be huge and the piece next to it tiny. I mean it is comically uneven every single time. It's annoying as hell but has become a running joke at our house. When I show up with pizza from this location, the family gathers around, grinning in anticipation, waiting for the big reveal. Other issues we have had: wrong toppings, raw dough (not on overloaded pizzas, just like pepperoni), the app says the food's ready but when I show up it isn't, I have selected the option in the app to have them bring it to my car but they haven't, the countdown in the app has stopped (if you arrive and they don't bring it to your car within a few minutes you get a free pizza or something, but that timer has literally stopped and I've had to go in without getting whatever freebie I should be entitled to), the pizza has been so greasy from the "butter" they brush on it has dripped out of the box, and on, and on. It is really the most consistently terrible place I go to on a regular basis. Have I brought these issues up on site? Sometimes! I have looked the 18 year-old managers in the eye and told them this or that was wrong, and they have done what 18 year-old managers do: made excuses and half-assed attempts to rectify the situations. I can't even blame them; it's 100% a problem with staffing and training that lands in the lap of the company and/or franchisee and/or GM. If I didn't have kids who think pizza night is a God-given right enshrined in the Constitution, I'd never go here. But I do. So I do. But maybe, if I believe hard enough and clap my hands, Dominos will see this and realize this location needs some intervention so it can stop making my cortisol go up every time I decide to phone in family dinner.

Got a pan pizza that was cold, they had squashed it and stretched the dough so that it had a crust (pan isn’t supposed to) and overall was the worst food from dominos I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot).
