Due to COVID, I wanted to buy some ginseng to improve my immune system. I learned that the Centreville store is an authorized store selling Korean Red Ginseng. I wanted to go to the authorized store because I heard there are many fake red ginseng from China. Sales person was super helpful and gave me a free tea while she explained the items. If you need genuine ginseng then this is the place to go.
Horrible customer services. This place sells expensive, and bad for your health products buy rude and horrible staff. She didn't explain to me about the product. They also never mention their purchase policy which is " NOT Returnable"! orally to customer.
