Great foods presented professionally Hells Kitchen style, with a great view of the kitchen in operation. Very professional, well-led server staff that knows how important timing is. Excellent food that has been properly prepared and presented. The dessert was a fantastic take on Caramel Crème Brûlée, most especially well presented in layer style.
