I like the food but the customer service of Jocelyn is terrible. Every time we come she has an attitude and doesn’t have patience for customers, it look like she doesn’t want to work here. In the other hand Belinda has a good attitude and it’s patient and friendly.

Service and management are unmatched! The smoothies are always good and the staff is friendly+ place is so clean! I always do the detox island green with added frozen yogurt and it perfect! Shout out to Claudia who was professional and kind and made my day!

This establishment has really improved with customer service. I was there this pass Saturday and Sunday, I must say I was very pleased. The guy working the front on Saturday was great, and Sunday was great as well, the environment has really improved, especially with the guys working some days, not saying anything bad with the ladies, but this place has improved, keep up the good work, we pay our hard earned money for your food, in return great customer service will be appreciated. These two days, my smoothie was beyond great, it was exceptional great! Thx! I will be returning on weekends only.

i had the worst experience at this location in regard to customer service community plaza suite 130 sterling va. One of the cashier directed me to a hispanic cashier just because i looked hispanic. I felt offended because i speak fluent English and she pretended that she did not understand what i was saying when i tried to order my food. The staff needs to be trained better. They should not racially profiled just because of the physical appearance of anyon. They need to do better.

My favorite Tropical Smoothie location! Claudia is a joy and they always get my food right. Ive been going here in the mornings pretty regularly for a few years and service is consistent and great, and Im sad to be moving away

Worst Customer Service, Yocelin L was so rude to me and my mom, we came to get smoothies and order some food since the beginning she started been rude we ask for açaí berry with coconut milk * mind you never asked whats in the smoothie she said none of the smoothies are made with any type of milk not coconut milk not almond milk. with and attitude mind you, i said okay add the coconut my mom was trying to order food and when i said let me get -she walk to the back and left me speaking by myself- then i asked her if we can get someone else to help us and she said no one else speaks Spanish ?? racist? is aid im speaking to you clearly in english dont you hear me? i said you been really rude. she said is because you said your done and then you guys gonna order more excuse me thats your job if you dont like it then why dont you leave instead of been rude to your customers like smh we didn't get anything to eat, only got smoothies. she seem really racist to me and she is Spanish smh.dont come here

This place needs a very strong management! There's no way that employees like Claudia treats guests like garbage! Her attitude is incredible bad! She goes mouth to mouth with guests! Horrible service! We are Centreville's people and we support local businesses, but this one not anymore until we see a major change!
This is my favorite tropical smoothie location that I have visited the staff is very kind. The woman who works as the cashier noticed that I was coming in quite often, so she suggested that I download the app so I can start receiving points for my smoothies, which I did. I like to utilize the order ahead option and everytime I do have he woman already knows my order and who I am when I walk in and I am greeted by name every time I come in to pick up my order and I really appreciate It. The store is always very clean.

Don't order anything that isn't a smoothie because they'll manage to mess up your order. Last time they gave me completely different flatbread and this time they gave me real chicken instead of substitute chicken which I couldn't eat.

Please stop FORCING tips on your customers! If someone wants to leave a tip, they will leave it, but stop putting everyone in an uncomfortable predicament about tipping. Not good for business.

This is a great spot to grab a smoothie or a quick panini. The atmosphere inside is fun and bright, and the staff is friendly. I order the Bahama Mama smoothie which has sweet strawberries, pineapple, coconut milk and hints of white chocolate. I think the chocolate really puts this smoothie over the top as it adds a subtle sweetness that makes it feel like a treat, without being too overpowering. The coconut milk also gives the smoothie a rich, creamy texture that is just heavenly. Overall, if you are looking for a delicious and refreshing smoothie, this place is definitely worth checking out and the Bahama Mama is a must try in my opinion!
