My visit to Wing Stop had its ups and downs. While the chicken was unfortunately dry, the hot honey rub did add a pleasant flavor to the meal. However, I was disappointed to find that they were out of water cups and wanted to charge an unreasonable $3 for one. When I managed to find a cup to use, I encountered another issue: the water I poured into it had some unsavory floating items. The cleanliness of the bathroom also left much to be desired, resembling a truck stop bathroom in the dead of night. Despite these setbacks, the staff was remarkably friendly and helpful. However, it seems that there may be room for improvement in the management department. Overall, while there were enjoyable aspects, such as the flavorful rub and the friendly staff, the experience was hindered by cleanliness and management issues.

I usually eat at the Sterling Wingstop but since the change of owners I’ve been disappointed one too many times. Today we tried the Centerville location, Wow what a difference. The chicken was fresh, cooked perfectly and the fries were very good as well.

Had the Cajun flavor wings. Woke up at 2am with explosive diarr***. They were showing a preseason football game so that was good. Food took about 30 minutes before it was ready. It was a busy night to be fair. Maybe, will try again.

Waited an hour for food that was ordered on their website, which was projected to be a 15-20min wait. We asked a couple times if one of the bags that was already prepared was ours, and staff said ours wasn't ready yet. After 40 minutes of sitting in the lobby, we had to finally ask a 3rd time and we were handed a bag that had been sitting on the rack for 30 minutes. It's not that hard to call out a name when an order is ready, or just simply check and see when a customer asks if a bag is theirs.
