The App is down "for maintenance. That's not usually an issue except when you're the only fast food restaurant in the industry that can't replicate the deals in its app for the customer. Refusing to help or offer any way past it, not problem solving for me, and acting rude about the question takes it to a whole different level. The General Manager of this store should be fired. THIS IS BAD MANAGEMENT. App issues happen. Being unwilling to make to it work is something that nobody else in your industry will allow to happen. Not even McDonalds.

Went to drive-thru on my way to work and upon arrival at work discovered they forgot over half my order!! My breakfast sandwich and a breakfast platter were missing, so while my co-worker got the food she ordered, I only had an order of hashbrowns for myself after paying for much more!

Ordered a double whopper with cheese, only cheese, and with extra cheese. Came out as a whopper with everything on it except for cheese. And was too close to home to turn back when I found out. Great food tho

The service was pretty good at this location, but the food was substandard. You could tell nothing was fresh, and the chicken fries were terrible.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! I was an employee there along time ago, no one is nice, they stalk you and gossip among each other about who they don't like, one time somebody weirdly told on me because instead of wearing black khaki pants, I had on black jeans ...which was allowed, the only two rules were 1.Wear pants 2.The pants color has to be black The manager at the time Rosa something, had a whole attitude and when I explained why they were my back up pants ,she tried to give me (a teenager at the time )a speech about how I need to prepare better for that job. Then, at another time her and the other dumbass manager falsely accused me of stealing money (I may of had an I.E.P in school but I'm not stupid,I can count)...They called the manager Ben Jarrad in and he was confused too, you want to know why?.... because all the employees are on CAMERA at the FRONT and BACK WINDOWS!!!!!! and even the LOBBY...the only three places where there's not a CAMERA in the KIDDY PLAYGROUND, BATHROOMS, and the MANAGERS OFFICE!!!!! if you think the first thought was maybe she miscounted the transaction, ...it wasn't...They LIED on me!!!! and accused me of STEALING!!!! (the stupid a** even had me put the money in a counting machine, back when I started ,YOU LITTERALLY HAD A MONEY COUNTING MACHINE!!!!)I get it y'all racist a** don't like me but I would of just preferred to be fired ,why lie on me ?and the funny thing is it KEPT HAPPENING!!! ,Mr. Ben apologized and I ended up quitting and when I handed my shirt and name tag in The dumbass Rosa asked you're leaving ? and said please come back at anytime, that place is not worth your sanity and there were other problems with staff there too. CONS-Heating up prepackaged food/selling it -Bad Environment,Rude staff -Managers that lie on staff and are the ones stealing money -short staffed -at the time in 2011 the pay was $7.30-50 -machines never work -purposely lie about having condiments to preserve them PRO- as an employee ,you get free food and discounts on food -30min break

So [as I always say] been a customer of this Burger King for a very long time - want to say at least 12 years. I can't recall ever having a problem with the service or the food. I mean - it's just like anywhere else - you tend to receive the attitude you give. I'm always nice to them and they are always nice to me. I just stay with the basics and don't make complicated orders - which increases the likelihood of a problem at any restaurant. The only special request I usually make is that they the mayonnaise off of the Whopper. Other than that - even when they are busy they keep things at a good speed.

This place is a literally JOKE. The service is the worst I have ever seen. I got two double whoopers( a meal.) The drive through worker who served me was extremely rude and un friendly. I also had soda. He filled two thirds of the cup with ice. I just had few sips and the drink was gone. lol. I don't recommend this place to anybody. This place be closed.

The dining room is closed and the people working the drive thru don't know what they are doing. Had to give order 4 times because Id be interrupted, wait, next person was same level of incompetent. Wouldn't take drink orders, acted confused when we kept trying to tell them what we wanted to drink. The order was WRONG.This is just pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. One star is too generous. This pathetic location gets ZERO stars. They owe me stars.
It is a gamble if you will get your food as expected, in the sense of often a 'Coke' might be the right color, but a strange mix of flavors instead.As well as fries that are not fully cooked. Both occurring multiple times as well as getting the food fine.If you've the time to check your food for consistency? Then you'll be fine coming here.

If I could give three negative Stars I would. This is by far the WORST Burger King in the area. I have been at this location three times. Not once have they gotten my order correct. Todays order a Whopper with cheese, small fries, small Coke. and a 10 pcs Chicken Nugget. Then he asks what sauce I want for the chicken nugget? I told him Sweet and Sour. He repeated the Order back to me .Pretty Simple I think Right? WRONG!!! This is what I got A Whopper with No cheese, Mozzarella Sticks , No Sweet and Sour sauce. As I stated earlier this is the third time in a row. Well three Strikes and your out! There is an Arby's , Macdonald's and a Chic Filet in the same center. From now on they will get my business.
