I don't understand why it is so difficult to get Sweet & Sour sauce with a delivery order. I love Chicken Lo Mein, but only when I have Sweet & Sour sauce with it.My order to Cheng's last night had TWO separate places where I requested extra Sweet & Sour Sauce, Please. Once in the "special instructions" for the item itself, and again in the General instructions for the entire order (my husband ordered Sesame Chicken). When I received a notice that Cheng's had ADDED a $2.00 fee to my order for an "Adjustment," I assumed that meant they were charging me a little extra for the "Extra Sweet & Sour Sauce, Please," that I asked for (twice). The order arrives, I ask the driver if there is sweet & sour sauce included in the very small bag of food he just handed me. He shrugged his shoulders and said, "I think so."But, Nope. Nada. None. ZERO sweet & sour sauce was included with my order. There were two small packets of "SOY" sauce (yuck). So, I couldn't even eat my dinner with any enjoyment whatsoever. We are here from out of town and there isn't any sweet & sour sauce (or duck sauce, or anything similar) in this house.I will NEVER order from Chengs again. How ridiculous that I'm charged extra for something that I didn't get??As for how the food tasted, I gave it 3 stars since it was edible. My husband's Sesame Chicken was OK, he said. What a huge disappointment to our Saturday evening.

Great place for real Chinese food. Very happy we found it. We got the hot and sour soup, vegetable triple delight, and shredded pork in garlic sauce (sounds better in Chinese). All are recommended.

Saw a recommendation for this place and decided to check it out with my family. We were not disappointed. Pleasantly surprised actually. Quick service, nice atmosphere. We had the wonton soup, potstickers, spring rolls, handmade noodle soup with fried pork and the Chengdu twice cooked pork. Will definitely be going back.

The food is quite authentic Chinese and edible. The service was fast, somewhat too fast. More like rushing…. The server was giving the feeling to customers like”just eat quickly and leave”.

Very happy to find somewhere with no MSG/low salt options! I feel like the last few times I've had Chinese food I couldn't really enjoy it because of the salt content. We ordered a beef lo mein, chicken lo mein, pork potstickers, and an egg drop soup. Everything was delicious and fresh tasting. The noodles were still flavorful without the MSG and I didn't feel awful after eating them. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is I feel like everything was a few dollars more expensive than most of the other options around here (ie. $3.95 for a cup of soup, $8.95 for 6 dumplings). We ordered takeout and my husband picked up, so can't say much about service or atmosphere, but we will definitely order again based solely on the food!

The food was excellent! We tried so many different dishes and everyone was happy. We ordered the peach flambe and the owner came and prepared it tableside. Small, cozy restaurant.

I've only been here once. There were four of us. The place was crowded, but we did not have to wait. Everything looked delicious. We got the appetizers because e couldn't make up our minds. My favorite was the fried eggplant, and I do not normally like eggplant. I ordered the spicy beef Thai basil, which was probably the best of the six entrees ordered. We took a bunch of food home. I am giving it 5 stars, but others at the table were between 4 and 5. All of us agreed that we would go back to try other items on the menu. Did I forget to mention we also got the peach flambee ice cream dessert, which is also delicious. You can only get that dessert if you order it for two people.
