The service has really gone down hill at this location. I'm not sure if ownership has changed recently but the staff is not representative of what you've come to expect at Chic-fil-A. I think that management needs to be more attentive to the level of service provided by their employees or corporate should get involved to make the necessary adjustments.

I am currently here in Dulles for a dance convention with my family. I got up early while they all were still asleep to get everyone breakfast. Your website, door, Google all say open at 6am. I got there about 710am and the drive thru still had cones however there were cars in the pick up spots so I decided I'd just park and go in. As I was approaching the door, there was another patron walking around trying ro get in stating she had ordered curb side and been there 20 minutes waiting. There were oeoooe inside. Ur the door was locked. No one said, we aren't open yet or sent us away. I even called and no answer. Nothing. What an incredible waste of time. Update your signage and websites!

Good chicken sandwich and great chicken noodle soup!
My friend and I meet there almost every week for several hours. We are welcomed by the team, never asked to leave, occasionally a team member will come out and ask if we want refills for our drinks and one of the managers always remembers I substitute Mac and cheese for French fries. We love it there.
