This is a nice Chick-fil-A. I went here during a layover and was satisfied with my experience. I waited in a small line before getting 8 pieces of grilled chicken with buffalo sauce. After waiting a while, I got my food. The chicken tasted quite good, and the buffalo sauce made a nice, savory edition to my meal. I gave this Chick-fil-A five stars because it has good chicken and I received good service here.

This has been my worst experience at a place ever. The service was awful the cashier Sabrina and another worker were so rude and awful while they got my order wrong. The cashier didn’t let me finish my order before trying to make me pay she acted like there was a long line waiting (I was the only person there ordering). As if the customer service wasn’t bad enough the food is made poorly & they just threw it in the bag. The food tasted awful which is shocking since it’s a chain company and service is terrible don’t recommend coming here.

The cashier was chatting to her friend while taking my order and didn’t take my single-item order correctly (no sauce instead of the sauce I asked for twice). The part of the order she got correctly was labeled correctly on the bag but was a different item from the menu. We didn’t realize until we opened the bag later. Terrible service.

I've been visiting the USA for ten years, and I've never had such a BAD snack! Don't waste your money, a grumpy, lazy staff, and everything was missing! Apart from the terrible hygiene, attendant picking your nose! With headphones… stale bread, missing lemonade, missing sweet tea, snack that was ready a long time ago! They didn't even give me my receipt! Worst experience I've ever had

After 3 p.m. no problem, no queue. Quality similar to Chick-Fil-A, price OK. The only downside is that there is no dedicated space to sit and eat in peace but we make do with it. In short, a very decent fast food for an airport.

Worst chick-fil-a I've been to so far, and it pains me to say it. No hospitality, confused staff that barely speak English, moody angry staff that don't even call your name when they place your food on the order pickup section.. and they got my order wrong. Twice!I truly hope that management takes these reviews to heart and works to train their staff better because I know they can. The lady who served me at least tried and smiled and apologised, hence the second star.
