I am not a big fan of their bowls as some of their vegetables are raw and uncooked and none of my family liked it. But their Mysore bondas are great and our favorite. Anytime I am in the neighborhood, we get at least 2 plates.Cold and winter days are here and I will be visiting Chopathi often.

Worst customer service. The young lady was very rude. After seeing the customer at the entrance the lady didn’t come outside the door to get my order details. I placed my order at 6pm and i was told it will take 30min to prepare my order and I went to store at 6:40pm and i stood outside till 6:50pm in the freezing cold, even tough I was visible at front door and she saw me, She didn’t come out till I called store for pickup. This has happened to me a couple of times.. ????

We have ordered panner 65 and we got paneer cubes without any sauce or anything. Panner 65 was such a disaster. Very disappointed.

The chicken in chicken biryani sounds like raw, either chicken cooked without any spices and salt, but this is not Indian biriyani. Chicken smells raw.

Super slow service, add on 20 minutes extra to whenever they say your order will be ready cause it's never ready on time. Disappointed because they are unreliable.
Whatever their bowl is with the tofu and fresh cilantro is the yummiest thing I've ever had. I crave it on the regular and I don't know what the name is but I say vegan bowl and she knows what I'm talking about. There's so many flavors going on at once and the cilantro just makes it taste so fresh.

Worst ever Indian restaurant nearby.They eat half of the food in the box and pack remaining.people taking risk of their lives and eating outside food in this pandemic times and they serve this kind of food.I ordered 3 items and not even one of them is good

My husband and I ordered take out, I ordered the chicken curry and my husband ordered the chicken dum biryanis. When we opened our food at home and began eating, we BOTH had broken chicken bones in our food, SHARP AND SMALL AND LARGE, it was trying to eat food with sharp objects in our food. We didn’t finish because, one of the small chicken bone pieces poked me in the top of my gums and ended up making me bleed. We tossed our food away and plan on contacting the restaurant about our disappointment in the food. With that whole experience, we don’t plan to ever revisit this place again!
