This is a food court stall inside the Chantilly Lotte Mart. They offer take-out and dine-in in the seating area inside. The stall is not always manned which makes it appear uninviting. Sometimes the staff will stand and wait in front, sometimes they'll duck into the back. But they do check regularly for guests. *Dry Hot Pot: For $19.99 this was quite adequate for two diners. Came out quickly, and with two rice containers. VERY salty and strong. The numbing Sichuan peppercorn flavor was strong. The flavor is not overly "spicy" but it's just strong in general. There is a decent amount of meat & veggies in the dish, nothing overly exciting as far as the veggies, but there is definitely potato and lotus root which were well complimented by the dry hot pot flavor. I had to stop eating after a while because my tongue was on fire from all the salt and overall strong flavor - coming from someone like me who loves Sichuan food, this is saying a lot. So why the three stars? Service is a HUGE no-no. The staff member helping us appeared cold & unfriendly with a continuous resting b**** face. When it came time for us to pick up our food, the dude plopped a tray on the counter, hit his hand on the call bell on the counter, and went into the back again without waiting for us. No word on if this was the correct order or who it was for. As I picked up my food I said to myself "for me to be treated this poorly the food better be amazing". Yes the food is good here, but unfortunately I don't think the food is amazing "enough" to make up for rude service. My advice for Crazy Pot is to work on customer service and this will go miles to make for a pleasant customer experience - because the food's not bad, but it's not the best Sichuan food I've ever had either.

A little heavy on the sauce but great flavor! It's a good fix if you're craving meat and veggies in a spicy pot.

I finally got to try the skewers from this place during my grocery trip to Lotte! My friend and I ordered the Fried Tofu Skewer, Chicken Gizzard Skewer, Beef Skewer, and Sausage Skewer. The skewers were cheap and the seasoning was good. The Fried Tofu Skewer was actually tofu wrapped around some vegetables which I wasn't expecting. I would recommend alternating a bite of it with a bite of the Beef Skewer. Since they all use the same seasoning, I wouldn't recommend the Sausage Skewer since it is like the hot dog sausages and thus didn't have the texture I was looking for. The Chicken Gizzard Skewer was my favorite and I would definitely get that one again with the Beef Skewer as my second choice. Since the lines at Lotte during the weekend are log, you can order before checking out and they should be ready to go when you are done.

I love the beef hot pot! We've ordered take out from Crazy pot a few times. The food are delicious and I enjoy that you can get multiple ingredients/veggies from just one pot. The size of the hotpot is big. Will come back again!

I have had high hopes of this restaurant cuz of the raving reviews and menu looks so authentic Chinese it even has the “fried skewer” while most Chinese restaurants only offer grilled skewer. So we ordered a few diff “ fried skewer” and the rice noodle soup with lamb.In short it is a huge disappointment, the “ fried skewers” were not fried at all, it seems like they never dip it into any oil. I got my fresh sausage warmed and seasoned, not grilled nor fried to have the crispy and crunchy texture and the same thing occurred to the fried lamb skewer , just warmed and seasoned with no real flavor. The rice noodle soup tastes like ingredients boiled and then mixed with hot soup seasoning topped with MSG you could get in any Asian grocery store.Hopefully it is a one time off, but I am certainly not returning for another try. Unfortunately I feel the Chinese restaurant that used to be in Lotte was much better with more authentic and real Chinese cooking.Ps we ordered the food to go and found out there was something missing, called the restaurant and was promised a refund for the missing item. Still no refund after a week.

Wow this was honestly fantastic! I ordered here not expecting much because I was hungry after grocery shopping in lotte. YES this is in the Lotte food court, don’t be too quick to judge. I don’t know anyone who is too good for lotte food court food, it’s great and you don’t want to miss out.LAMB HOT POT - WOW this was stuffed with delicious and nutritious vegetables and A LOT of meat including 2 sausages and a bunch of fish cakes as well. The broth was so soothing with the mala flavor, absolutely mouth watering.BIMIMBAP - SO much food! It was a great value and extremely delicious, I liked the sauce so I put a little extra on and I still have left over for tomorrow!Overall, do yourself a favor and try it out! Let’s de stigmatized eating in grocery store food courts!

They have excellent skewers and my wife and I enjoy them all the time. However, the hot pot is just average to us. My wife is from Sichuan and both love authentic Sichuan spicy hot pot. Their hot pot(麻辣烫) does have decent flavor, but it's not spicy enough. Overall, not a bad place to grab some Asian dishes.

What a great place. The food was wonderful and full of flavor. We got a wide selection of food and enjoyed every bite of the dishes. Overall a great experience. Hu was great in making sure our food was hot and packaged well.

The food is good.Used to have two Asian food in that corner, but both closed, replaced by this Crazy Pot. Better than both.Crazy is really not a good word in English, you may consider changing the name a little bit.

This place used to be authentic Korean food court spot but seemed to have been changed to this one, which seems like Taiwanese hot pot, fusion-Korean dishes restaurant. I ordered my favorite Korean soft tofu dish and it was tasty with lots of meat, but it was definitely more of Taiwanese-hot pot inspired fusion dish then an authentic Soonduboo (Korean soft tofu stew).
