Personally I think its a great place they served my order really fast! I came in at a busy time and they’re awesome at multitasking and working together. Really kind people too in my opinion out of all the dairy queen stores I been to here in Virginia this ones the fastest, most efficient, polite and a very kind store. 5 stars!

I must admit up front that we generally go for the ice cream, so I can't comment on the food. That being said, we love the blizzards and I love the Peanut Buster Parfait. The service here has always been nice and the ice cream treats have been well made.

I don't usually put down reviews, but I went to the store 3/2/23, it turned out I was the only one there. There were no employees at all. I had to wait for a while (about 5 min) and there was an Indian employee that was bringing the trash inside the store and bringing it to the back (it turned out he was the only employee working). I wanted to order a blizzard and when I got it, it looked messy so I decided to wipe up the cup and thought, I'm sure the inside is fine. When I got the blizzard though, there were some hairs inside. I was so disgusted. I seriously don't recommend this store. It wasn't even busy too.
Short Indian guy was rude and said no to a customer. Not accommodating at all. Terrible customer service.

I requested a small blizzard and pecans. They charged me for a medium and forgot the chocolate and pecans. The one at the register, not sure if she understood the English language.

First time I went smelled like body odor but ice cream was good so I came back today and it smelled like someone spread it infront of a fan. It was so bad I had to leave without ordering.

Horrible customer service. The cashier/owner didn't even fill the cup up with ice cream and she didn't want us to use our card to pay, she wanted cash. Since it was 85 cents, she had to let us know she is being charged 70 cents for a 85 cent item. Next time I have to bring cash if we want to buy. Since when is it the customers problem that you are being charged for using credit card? You own a business learn to take the L's and if you can't get out. Quit being cheap desi's in Ramadan.

We like to stop here when we are done shopping nearby. Been several times. Service can sometimes be a little bit slow, but they have never been super busy when we go so the wait isn't too bad. Tonight they handed us our blizzards with ice cream all over the cup. Still not a big deal though. We just put napkins on it. The ice cream tasted good. I'm sure we will go back again. It was softer than blizzards are normally, but still cold enough to enjoy it. They do have some tables and chairs inside and outside and a cute ice cream bench outside.
