I don’t believe they know how to make hot tea considering I ordered a hot tea and they gave me a hot coffee with a tea bag in it. Very upsetting as I was heading to work and can not have coffee for medical reasons. Was very disappointed that my drink order was so wrong.

New Dunkin Donuts. Very clean, lots of counter help. Sandwiches were delicious and donuts excellent. Only suggestion I would make is that they provide a few more tables and chairs.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Their coffee creamer is expired. check your coffee before you drink for floating globs of expired cream, it causes stomach issues, need to clean out the creamer machine.

I have been to this location several times and it's always quick and clean. The employees are polite and helpful. I recently ordered the Thanksgiving Turkey ice cream cake and it was AMAZING! Not only was it delicious, but it was perfectly made and so cute! Definitely a show stopper! I placed the order online and they called me shortly after to let me know the ice cream flavor I chose was not available. They were helpful and offered other available flavors and it was ready on time and easy to pick up. Whoever made it did such a great job! Will be sure to get another one next year if they do it again!

Truly an amazing experience. Perhaps one of the most enjoyable days of my life was when I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts. The quality was so good and the place was so clean! I didn’t like how the donuts were not in their stands, but they made up for it with excellent customer service. The associate “Tahir” was a great help, very accommodating guy and someone who asserts dominance as the alpha/sigma male and commands respect. You can tell they need him to stay afloat in terms of customer service. Overall tho it was great to get a new dunkin location next to my house! The management seems very nice and I can’t wait to become a local to this dunkin! I love god, I love America , I love my wife and kids, and now I love Mcgraw Ridge Dr. Dunkin! Dunkin has become a sensationally electrifying part of my day, it used to truly grind my gears to have to go over 3 entire freaking miles for dunkin but the gears have been ungrinded. Shipping a warm hot cup of Coffee, with a donut in my hand, relieves all my pressure, and reminds me to be grateful for this existence and country. Awesome! Came here a few times, with my last visit being around a week ago. I ordered an iced coffee but noticed my cup was not filled completely because something happened with the coffee machine. One of the employees redid my drink and gave me extra donuts for free, which was a pleasant surprise. This Dunkin’ location doesn’t have much indoor seating available as it’s a bit small, but overall, my experiences have been great

Completely hectic and toxic environment. Have managers 13yr old sister coming to help work without pay or worker permit. Paying employees less than what was spoken about in interviews, and offering only certain employees $18 an hour Sundays mornings while others get paid $12-14hr. No training is provided for employees. A female employee gets sent home for doing the same thing a male employees did, yet he gets to continue to work his full schedule. Maybe they are sexist? Was told by management to not speak or communicate with customers. To just hurry and get there items and take payment. Have had management snatch phone from my hands in family emergency.Just a very toxic greedy environment.

This location is notorious for delivering food. Try ordering sourdough breakfast sandwich with no meat and you get bacon for free. This is my fourth time returning the order. Very frustrating. The supply line doesn't check the order details. Lousy service.
