After welcomingly spending $70 for 2...I ordered via Uber Eats. My review is for the Lack of Empathy and Ridiculous Attempt at reciprocity. I called the store to figure a game plan for getting the Forgotten Burger and in seconds I was waiting on a a Manager who offered I drive the 15 mins & get it myself or take a $10 in store credit. Said Burger was $16 and they closed on 20 mins of the call. Make THAT make Sense! Five Guys - Big Bag of Fries - Horrible Customer Satisfaction. Red Robin 4ME.
