Food was top notch, and the place was very clean. Only thing is that the portions they give are rather small for a party of multiple people- we had four people in our party, (occasionally, it’s not enough for everyone to just take one), but we just ordered more with the all-you-can-eat system. You can order 3 items from each category at a time. Prime ribeye, brisket, squid, fish balls, shrimp balls are really good. Other items are delicious too. We love our shabu2, tom yum, and sichuan mala soup. Dipping sauce are also very good, especially the hot spot one.

I had family gathering and everytime I come here, server name Nate would serve me which wasn't that great but today, server name Justin served was which was fantastic. He got us everything we needed and made was very comfortable and we had very great time. I'm definitely coming back again!

We ordered Mala and Shabu Shabu both. Mala was okay but Shabu Shabu both was a little off-putting and we need to adjust the flavor a bit. The service was good at first, the waiter seems friendly at the beginning and the first round of order was decent. Then things started to go down hill from there. They messed up the second round, bringing food we didn’t order and the third round we ordered did not even come at all. We were waiting so long for our third round and our waiter was no where to be found to check on us. Eventually we gave up and asked another server for a check. Then our waiter instantly appeared with the check. Would not recommend after this experience.

I have been to this Hot Spot location many times. We have had many different servers while going there but nobody was as good as Jenifer we had last week. She was super attentive and came back many times to ask if we needed something. We had some problems with one of the broths and she changed without hesitation.Usually service is a bit slow for us, because we are a family that loves to eat [a lot] and we need a lot of orders throughout the night but this night it was quick service. Jenifer was truly amazing and has shown professionalism while always having a smile on her face and catering to our wishes and even answering questions we had for new items on the menu.Thank you for making my husbands birthday a good experience.
Great hot pot spot with wonderful staff. We were never left wondering where our waiter was, Rafael did a fantastic job. Food was great with many choices for broth, meat and seafood. Atmosphere was also great.
