I went into Jimmy John’s thinking it was Jersey mikes ?. This was my first time ever going to a Jimmy John’s and I won’t be going back. Y’all don’t do hot sandwiches & only got one type of bread?!?! No wonder it was empty. The customer service was okay given I was the only one in there but…. There’s nothing special about Jimmy John’s. Invest in a toaster oven at least

Pretty good Jimmy Johns sandwich shop --with friendly staff who are attentive to customer needs. Very clean in appearance, and you can tell the staff works hard to run the sandwich shop.

I am not quite sure what has happened here. This JJ's used to be a place where you could get a reasonable, reliable sandwich meal. My most recent visit, however, was disappointing. No problems with the service or the staff, but the sandwich itself was terrible. The bread wasn't the reliable JJ bread, and the components tasted way off - so much so that I threw out half of the sandwich. I'm not sure if it was the meat, oil, or vegetables, but it had an almost chemical, plastic flavor. I've noticed evidence of other cost-cutting moves, so I'm wondering if they've cut some corners. I'll be eating at a different JJ's soon, so I'll make a comparison to see if this is chain-driven or just a local problem. In the meantime... I'd recommend skipping this place.

These people just don't give a f*ck. cardboard instead of awesome jimmy's bread. Ingredients far from fresh. Guacamole spread oxidation so bad, it was nauseating. Cucumbers practically liquid. These people are hardly good enough to run a mcdonalds, should not be anywhere near a fresh sub shop

This location is around the corner from the expo center used for the Nation’s Gun Show. That makes it very convenient. Otherwise, they are a standard issue location for this company. I get a basic roast beef sandwich and they make it well. I like how fresh the tomatoes are when you get something and how they will work with you to make it the way you want it. I don’t do iceberg lettuce and they listen to me well at Jimmy John’s.

This location is around the corner from the expo center used for the Nation’s Gun Show. That makes it very convenient. Otherwise, they are a standard issue location for this company. I get a basic roast beef sandwich and they make it well. I like how fresh the tomatoes are when you get something and how they will work with you to make it the way you want it. I don’t do iceberg lettuce and they listen to me well at Jimmy John’s.

Honestly I used to like this place. Until tonight when I ordered myself dinner at 8:43pm. Well at 8:53 I received a call from Jimmy Johns. Apparently "their driver" is out and since they close in 7 minutes they're canceling my order.I thought the point of Doordash and Uber eats was so you could always get delivery? But when dumba$$ restaurants like Jimmy Johns step in and have their own drivers. It defeats the entire purpose of doordash.I will not be ordering or going here again.

Delicious food prepared, well, fast :-). The team was courteous throughout. As he gave me our 5 sandwiches, the manager reviewed what each one was.Even better is that hours later when we figured out that someone in our party left her purse there, the manager answered the phone (after closing) and confirmed that they had it and said he had already contacted the bank to try to reach the owner of the purse. The manager kindly held the purse until it could be retrieved…and gave away a brownie to make the evening better. Nicely done!Kid-friendliness: Classic Jimmy John’s hospitality. Fun signs to read.Parking: Easy to get to, plenty of parking spaces available in the strip mall on a Saturday afternoon despite the popularity of this restaurant.

Way better than the one in Fairlakes! The people are nice and friendly, the service is great, and the food is great. I ordered curbside, went in to get my sub because it was taking a little bit longer than expected and they said the driver took my order and didn't know where it went when it was still in the store hanging out the whole time. We all laughed and then they gave me a free cookie for the mistake. This Jimmy John's is awesome!

This location is pure trash nothing but lazy workers and strait up excuses to why they can't do there jobs. Can order food for delivery cant go in store to pick up an order and no one can help with any questions. Just shut it down and try again. If you like JJ then don't visit this location and allow it to ruin your experience.
