I tried calling to order carryout and was put on hold. The person picked up the phone and just hung up. I tried calling again and they picked up and hung up again. I tried ordering at 11:30 and they close at 12 so I understand if they don't take anymore orders but they should at least answer the phone and let me know that

Terrible service! I ordered and was told 20min, came back in 20min and they told me 10 more minutes because they were short handed. I counted at least 10 people in the kitchen. I was waiting over an hour for a small pizza. I finally got sick of waiting and asked for my money back, it took 3 people to figure out how to give me cash back. The place needs organizing and training!!! If they offered me a free credit toward a free item, I'd say keep it!

Ordered pizza from Marco’s today for pick up. When I got home, the pizza was burned. I called the manager and he promised a new pizza delivery within 40 minutes. One hour later, no pizza. While I am suppose to get a refund for the inconvenience and got a new pizza, I don’t plan to order from them again.

This location has gone down hill. Probably the past 5 times our order has been wrong. It gets aggravating when you order a pizza and put a tip on top of it for pick up to get home and find that the order is wrong again! The manager is barely there and the place is only filled with teenagers that are unable to read the order.

Have been here twice. The first time was a Friday night around 7. A lot of people were inside waiting to pick up their orders. Finally got to the cashier to order and was told that it would be at least an hour if not more to get our order. We had heard from some of the people waiting to pick up their orders that Marcos was having problems that night so we decided to come back another time. Well that time was a Wednesday at around 4:30. Only one other person in the joint. Placed our order, sat down to wait and it became obvious that the place is in desperate need of adult supervision. Bottled drink cooler was almost empty. Soda dispenser had two flavors out of use. Only one napkin dispenser in the whole place had any napkins and the other customer there had taken possession of it. There was a roll of large brown paper toweling on the drink counter to use. The ladies room was out of toilet paper. Once the order came out had to ask the cashier for a fork, had ordered a pizza bowl so that was kinda a duh. The rest of the store's crew showed up at 5 and the place became really rowdy in the kitchen, kind of like a middle school boys gym locker room after a session of dodgeball. I almost got up to ask them to turn the volume down but I had already decided not to come back so what was the real point of saying anything? Food was okay but definitely not worth putting up with all the other deficiencies.

Ordered on NYE, these guys were overworked, underpaid and STILL smiled and spoke nicely and respectfully when I came in! I owe you all a drink! Order was supposed to take 45 minutes and it was ready in 15. 20/10...will definitely return.

I got the cauliflower crust pepperoni pizza. The personal or small size. I must say that it was pretty damn good! I also love the pepperoni at Marco’s. The way the oven just burns the edges and cooks the pepperoni perfectly! I’ve had regular pizza here as well which is great but now I think my go to will be the cauliflower crust moving forward! Service is always great and the curbside pick up is perfect!

I'm usually happy with Marco's, but last night they dropped the ball. I ordered at 5:30, the pizzas didn't arrive until almost 7. And THEN, they were poor quality in comparison to our previous experience. DO BETTER!

There was a piece of plastic baked into my pizza. It looked like a piece from a bag that was ripped open. I called and the manager said he’d refund it and did not.I have already tried to contact someone via Twitter and I called the customer service line. No one responds. These messages are very performative. I will never return to a Marcos.

This is a chain restaurant, but it's the pizza is very good. I was very happy after Google told me there was one in town I was in. I drove right over had a great pizza. The customer service was excellent. I will go back!
