Tried this place thinking the food was gonna be like Pizza Hut which it was but their customer service is awful. I was waiting for my pizza in the lobby and a server forced me to leave and said I was taking up space from customers even though there were no customers. I wouldn’t even give them a one star. Avoid them at all

Was made to feel unwelcome. I ordered a drink and was never served. I was asked to leave because I was not planning on ordering "a meal." Meanwhile no one at the bar had food and some did not even have a drink. The seats were about 15% occupied.Shameless commercialism will get us so far. When do we get to pay people for being human beings?I get the guy trying to do his job and I am the fly in his ointment. Also consider for a moment that every useful horizontal surface has been removed from D terminal of IAD. Why? I don't know. Drive lounge sales?

I purchased a 9" pizza from here while waiting for my flight. They asked if it was to go and I said yes. I got to my gate and found there was nowhere to sit and eat so I walked back to the dining area and sat down. One of the workers told me since I chose to go I couldn't eat there because that was the restaurant. I to him I understood but I had just purchased this pizza and I just wanted to sit and eat it before my flight. He said no. The dining area wasn't even 1/4 full and I had just bought their food and he still said no. Worst pizza hut experience I ever had. I will never order from this particular one again and I will have second guesses about the franchise in general. If you're in Washington-Dulles Airport avoid this establishment.

Terrible service, the lady was incredibly rude, ignored me for 25 minutes after being seated and when I finally decided to say I was ready to order she glared at me and told me someone was coming in rude manners and tone. If you want to eat at Pizza Hut, I’d recommend you dont use the dine-in service and take it to go, a lack of service is better than terrible service, especially when you need to catch a flight. There are other food options at IAD where staff will be nice to you :)

NO STARS WORTH! The two woman as so called „Waitresses“ at this place are just disgusting und rude!!!!! For what do you expect the 18% Tip (which you already include) and want even more????

Mediocre pizza and typically-rude airport staff. Went here before a flight and regretted it. Very overpriced for a small, very greasy personal pizza. The staff were dismissive and not personable.
