Drove here to get my poke craving fix .... Only to find out they no longer serve poke ........... why???? It used to be poke and musabi together but now they changed to all musabi. Please bring my poke bowls and burritos back !!! I need my spicy salmon salad bowl PLEASEEEEEEE

Great concept, fresh ingredients! It's like the chipotle of poke, you can order something on menu or create your own, or even customize what's on the menu. I got a 2 protein burrito and it was pretty big like chipotle sized almost & very tasty fresh crunch ingredients The customer service wasn't that great as employees seemed annoyed a bit, but I believe they can and will improve. Otherwise it would've been an easy 4 star.

Customer service was rude, I came in and no one greeted or said anything. Stood at the cashier and the girl looked at me like I was d*** for not knowing where to order , when all I needed to order was a spam Masubi not poke. Was asked to wait five mins so I did, I watched her get a wad of rice and a tiny piece of spam with sauce.. for $3.50... Would not recommend unless service is better & food is more consistent. *looking at other reviews, clearly customer service is an issue. Hoping they resolve this to better their own business.

Bowl was good but for something so expensive it was such a small portion & when you pay extra you’d expect to get what you pay for . Customer service sucks on top of that,The lady making my bowl kept giving me this weird look as if I’m not being quick enough for her & it was just odd.

Used to order through door dash pretty regularly but the past few times the portions have become very light, which is frustrating when you happily pay so much extra for things like extra proteins etc and your bowl shows up half full and light. Food is fresh and tastes good but unfortunately can't justify spending so much money here anymore with portions so small.

Came here to try some of their musubis. Ordered the original and Diablo. The original tasted pretty good, while the Diablo was filled with lots of peppers (expected a couple). We usually can take spicy foods pretty well, but it was very very spicy for us. I was the only person in the store and it took about 15 minutes to make two musubis. Pricing was a little on the steeper side, you can find similar or better tasting musubis elsewhere, but if you're in the area it doesn't hurt to try as they have lots of options.
I usually don't write reviews but this place needs some work. I got really excited when I saw they had musubi's. Went to order and the staff was so rude, unwelcoming, and she looked annoyed. I was the only person in the store and she looked as if I bothered her by placing an order. The food wasn't bad but because of the terrible service, I almost walked out. I wouldn't recommend this place nor go back due to their poor customer service.

This was my third time coming to this location and the 2nd time they have gotten my order wrong. I do not eat meat and asked for tofu. I received chicken. The girl who was making my order talked so low only small animals can hear her. That is after I asked her twice to speak up. This restaurant has potential but all the wrong ingredients.

This place was great! My coworker asked if I'd be interested in trying the new Poke place in town. It's like chipotle, Moe's style for ordering Poke. You pick salad or rice as your base for the bowl, but you also have options to get a burrito as well (wrap). Don't forget to check-in on your Yelp App! You can score a free miso soup! I got the Seoul Bowl with lettuce and rice mix base and it comes with pre determined ingredients, but you can switch them out. I opted for the large with two scoops of spice salmon and one of the spicy tuna. I added cucumber and edamame. The rest of the topping pretty much stayed true to the Seoul Bowl. I was super happy to see they had Spam Musubi, but I had already over committed on the large bowl to be able to try it. My coworker got it and loved it! So I will have to try it next time! The atmosphere was bright, clean and simple. It was quiet and we were able to eat inside. The staff was very helpful, giving suggestions and telling you about the various toppings and their recommendations. There were a LOT of options, making this a great place for customization of flavors. I would highly recommend you try them out!
