They continually get orders wrong. I ordered white meat they purposely gave me dark meat without telling me and when I returned it I was told I couldn’t get a refund and they were only selling dark meat today which cost less than the white meat I paid for and I do not eat dark meat. Manger than walked off.

It appears that the chicken served at this particular Popeyes restaurant is consistently salty. This is concerning as other Popeyes locations in the area serve chicken with a normal taste. It would be appreciated if the restaurant could address this issue and ensure that the chicken is prepared in a manner that is enjoyable for customers.

Took the 3 workers in the front of the store 15 minutes to hand me an order that had been completed the entire time I was standing there. I asked for help 3 times, they looked at me, turned around and ignored me. After 15 minutes I raised my voice very loud and asked them to hand me the order sitting right next to them for the fourth time. I don’t know what they’re doing in there, I look directly at the manager on duty and ask for help while standing at the cash register and they ignore me three times? Pretty horrible customer service.

Really bad customer service. I’m assuming they’re still working out kinks from opening… tried drive thru…I sat in a line that did not move for a while… after 15 minutes of not moving, I decided just to leave.
The guy that takes the order for drive thru needs to be fired and get someone that understands English, they hire people with no skills and mess up orders or show any passion of working. This leads up to the manager for not training them better.
