Chicken salad sub was just okay. Not much taste. The mini oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are underbaked and salty. Last batch I got a couple weeks ago were great. But these I’ll be discarding.

I don’t know why the Mac and cheese is always brown and old. I complained a few months ago in hopes they would correct it but it’s the same. This time they tried to cover up the old Mac and cheese by halfway putting the “fresh” one. This is not acceptable and they need to correct

I went there today to get a sandwich, I got greeted by Kero, I didn’t know what I wanted so I told him to create a sandwich for me, he made an amazing sandwich! Overall he was really nice and made me feel welcomed!! I go here a lot and this is the first time I see him.. I’ll be coming back!!

Came in today for a BOGO pickup. First, was not ready when I arrived which I waited at the front to greet myself. None of the 5 workers looked up to acknowledge me today. I understand it may be busy but at least multitask to give a brief hello would have been nice. Second, the sandwich’s were not fully cut in half which caused my sandwich to fall apart. Overall, mediocre service and needs to be worked on.

Second potbelly I’ve been to where they screw up the order. I always get the avo turkey yet somehow keep getting a sandwich with no avo or cucumber but with tomato.. which doesn’t come on it. They just make up whatever they want it seems.

Took advantage of the Nat’l Sammie Day-bogo deal and I had no problems or issues with my order. I waited an extra 5-8mins, just cause I knew this was around peak lunch hour and customers probably knew about this deal going on. No complaints on our sandwich orders; they were good and toppings were all there. Thanks!I guess some days can be a hit-or-miss on service and/or quality of food.
Been standing here for 23 minutes waiting for my online order. Employees refused to acknowledge the throng of 9 other patrons waiting for their orders as well. I’ve deleted the app and will never eat at a potbelly again.

We had the most terrible experience after consuming their sandwiches made on Aug-22nd. Severe gastric issues followed. They need to be inspected for food quality.Two days since and no signs of recovery.I plan to delete my Perks account after this and do my part to inform authorities / share my experience on social and consumer forums.

Potbelly's never disappoints! I was excited to see there was one nearby while I was running errands and went in for a veggie melt with all the toppings. I also ordered a broccoli cheddar soup for the first time. The sandwich was great, I really missed how delicious the hot peppers are. I also enjoyed the broccoli cheddar soup. It was thick and creamy, perfect consistency. The staff was also very friendly and service was quick and seamless. There's plenty of parking and both indoor and outdoor seating. If you're in the area I highly suggest swinging by to try their sandwiches!

I hadn't been to a Potbelly's sandwich shop in a long time, but I came here with my mom the other day. We are both vegetarian so we decided to get the veggie melt. The staff at this Potbelly's were friendly and there were plenty of tables for us when we arrived for lunch on a weekday. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I really enjoyed my sandwich! They also had a great combo deal going on where you could get chips and a drink with your order for a discounted price. It's definitely a solid lunch option if you're looking for something quick and casual.
