Pretty good food. One of the better Mexican restaurants in the area. The Carnitas tacos were really good, as was the Pollo Veracruz. 5 stars for their hot suace. I'm talking about the stuff that came with my tacos and the habanero sauce you have to ask for. The salsa that's comes with the chips is really good too, not hot, but very flavorful.I'll be back. There are several other items on the menu I want to try.Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot between their building and the Wegmans or between Lazy Dog and Habit Burger.

Got the worst food poisoning from this place , wrote management twice and was told 'sorry' no real compensation just a half hearted bs generic email , Taco Bell is safer then this place nothing like watching $65 dollars worth of food get puked up and flushed down the toilet

Table for 2 . Food was fulfilling I love me some Mexican food. chips & salsa was served to us while we wait for our food. 1st plate shrimp tacos, rice, & pinto beans. 2nd plate chicken quesadillas, rice & beans guacamole and sour cream. U can taste the grill on the shrimp & chicken that was a plus. Everything was fresh non greasy and didn’t fall apart from being sloppy. Had 2 beers Dos Equis 24oz (dark lager) & Blue moon 12oz. 2 Anejo patron margaritas you have the option to have it serve on the rocks w/ salt or slushy. Had it on the rock w/ no salt, not a fan of it not strong can’t taste the tequila. Next time I go I’ll just order shots instead of the mix drinks.

Food was ok, customer service ? terrible, they need to be trained how to talk to the customer and be respectful. Plain rude the young lady in the front. Bad skills, and zero personality. First time, and not coming back!!

Was seated immediately on a Friday night for a table for 3. The hostess was nice. The server was nice and respectful. Order time was good. The wait time for food was good. The food was above average and the wait for the check was good. The bathroom was decently clean. The overall experience was favorable.

We just celebrated family birthday at this place and loved the food! Great value and amazing atmosphere. This is a first class place. We visited the original location back in 2010 and we are happy they are now closer to home.

Food was ok. The chicken flautas are flour and not corn as traditionally so they didn’t taste good at all. ChickenEnchiladas were ok but needed more sauce. Overall the chicken used in the flautas and chicken was not seasoned and low quality chicken. For the prices, not returning back. Guapos is much better!

Came in for lunch and it was relatively quiet. Service was prompt and we were seated right away. Interior is classic tex-mex grill. Rustic, charming large open concept with that south-west vibe. I ordered the chicken and steak fajitas (served with Mexican rice, charro beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream and warm flour tortillas). The platter arrived sizzling hot and the serving size was large but taste was lackluster. The steak, in particular was under seasoned and lacked that punch of flavor. The chicken fared better but failed to elevate the rest of the dish. For drinks I tried the "Sangrita" (Half margarita, half sangria) and the (mango) flavored Margarita. The tangy citrus notes of the margarita blended with the fruity richness of the sangria made for a delightful concoction. The mango margarita was also refreshing. Naturally sweet but well balanced, not too sugary, not too tart. Think mango nectar with a grown-up twist. The libations here were the standout feature of my dining experience but I would definitely return to try something else.

The best Mexican. Drove all the way from Fredericksburg to eat at our favorite restaurant. The Carne Asada is so tasty and tender.

I came here for lunch yesterday and I was very happy with the experience. The chips, salsa, and queso were a very tasty starter. I ordered the lunch fajitas with steak and I was very impressed with the overall taste of the dish. The guacamole was fresh, the steak was perfectly cooked and the rice and beans were great! The service was also great, the bartender was attentive, but not helicoptering, and the server brought out the food quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
