The service is really BAD.I asked for two sets of chopsticks. But the sushi maker gave me a set of chopsticks. So I complained about why he gave me just one set, and this person screamed at me and said, "What is wrong with you? "Do you have a problem? Do you have a problem," he said, threatening me. And he threw the casher box away. If there was a CCTV here, I would like to report it to the police. Horrible experience. NO recommend!!!

Great spot for takeout sushi! We were lucky to feast on the massive part platter and it definitely delivers when it comes to grocery store style sushi. A humongous plate with all sort of variety - something for everyone to enjoy. Make sure to order in advance for a catered item like this but everything they make seems fresh and similar quality to some casual sushi restaurants.

People behind counter ignore you when you stand there. I have stood there for 10 minutes while the person behind the counter played on phone and then turned back as soon as we made eye contact. So tonight, I tried to order.. just a little past 5pm, they close at 7. They would not make an order. Sushi is what you expect from a grocery store. Dry rice, falls apart.. used to buy some when in store and convenient. Go around the corner to Otani.. for a couple dollars more it’s much better and they actually want business.

I am quite impressed with the pricing and quality of the sushi and sashimi here. My husband always raves about sushi from Lotte and now I know why. I have picked up sushi here for him a couple of times when I'm at Lotte doing my Asian grocery shopping. I haven't tried the sushi until now and it's not bad. I tried everything from the California rolls, to the spicy tuna rolls, to the assorted sashimi and nigiri, and to the octopus salad. With the prices of food increasing these days, I appreciate how the generous portion of sashimi here is $14. The fish tastes good and none of the pieces are chewy or spoiled. The sushi rice in the nigiri is descent and still not a bad value. The rolls are a good size with a good amount of spicy tuna. I really liked their octopus salad. It's delicately marinated with sesame oil and I think mirin? and the octopus was not tough or chewy. I noticed a couple of eatery places inside Lotte are permanently closed today. I am glad this one is surviving and looking forward to more sushi here.

While grocery shopping at Lotte I'm always tempted by their food court. This time around I saw this sushi place near the produce area and had to give it a try!I got the Philadelphia Roll, Dragon Roll and Small Sashimi! First thing i notice the prices are extremely low which is always a plus for a quick bite to eat.The Philadelphia roll tasted as good as you can get anywhere else I highly recommend. The dragon roll was okay, the eel was a bit dry but the overall flavor was good. The small sashimi tasted refreshing, but it was very thinly sliced.Overall, I really liked the Philadelphia roll and would definitely get it again. As for the other two items they were decent for the price. If you go, just remember it is a grocery store sushi place and it was a great deal!

Reasonable prices for all your sushi cravings. Small sashimi are always fresh. They take pre-order for any occasions.

I have eaten here many times for different reasons (i.e. lunch, shopping snack, deluxe tray for my wife's birthday), and the sushi is always very consistent. It is fresh, and of a good quality for the price they charge. Keep in mind, this is a kiosk style set up in a grocery store, not a sushi restaurant. That being said though, the price is excellent, the convenience and speed is great, and the sushi good.

Ordered a sashimi plate. The lady was very rude and impatient. Didn't feel like talking to you or answering your questions at all. Had high expectations of the raw fish, but the quality is not good. I could taste that the fish was not fresh at all. This was my one and last one purchase here.

This used to be my go to place for sushi sashimi platter but the last order, the sashimi cut was very thin. I was disappointed. Quality is very important.

The guy in glasses has the worst customer service I ever seen. He said if you are not buying anything bother looking at the sushi. No wonder this place is not busy anymore. They used to also make what you want. Now they just say no to everything. Look like I will never come back here again.
