The cashier was polite and repeated our order back to confirm. This location has two single-occupancy bathrooms, both gender neutral, which my companions reported to be clean.“
“Beautiful restaurant - and one day I'll eat INSIDE! I've been picking up my meals so I haven't stayed to eat there. The staff is prompt in greeting me and the food comes out promptly as well. The only thing I would recommend is to not bag the cold salads with the hot meals. It wilted my lettuce and that wasn't very appetizing (though the salads are wonderful). So now I just separate the items as soon as I get back into my vehicle. I recommend the Pad Thai“
“My mom got a cobb salad for the first time… absolutely amazing. And of course I partook in grilled nuggets with ranch, fries, sweet tea, and my absolute FAVE cookies and cream milkshake. It was a perfect rest from the rush hour traffic after legging Dulles airport and heading back home.Parking: It was a little bit of a backwards parking lot and to me a minute to figure out how to enter from the correct direction. You need to enter from the second drive, and like you are headed to the hotel… then you take a left into the parking lot just before the drive-thru goes off to the left at the very back. The parking lot is one-way back towards the front of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Super great indoor playground! Unfortunately my mom said I was too old! Lol ?“
“I enjoy coming to this Cava because I feel welcomed every time. Not only do I feel welcomed but the food just is always fresh and good. A customer in-front of me was their first time going to Cava and I saw that an employee ( couldnt get their name ) was super helpful with explaining their choices and opinions. Overall 10/10 experience! I recommend coming to this Cava!“
“My friend and I meet there almost every week for several hours. We are welcomed by the team, never asked to leave, occasionally a team member will come out and ask if we want refills for our drinks and one of the managers always remembers I substitute Mac and cheese for French fries. We love it there.“
