I like this Subway because they serve breakfast. Subway's breakfast is so much healthier for you compared with the other fast food restaurants. The place is very clean and not too busy. There is plenty of parking too.

I went there on October 28/29 of 2023 and the employee there was so stingy with the toppings. I had to tell her so many times to add more. Then she said to me that she has a “formula”. That formula included stinginess.

The lady in this store gives less meat when ordering using a coupons. When I hand out the coupon upon paying she told me that I should’ve told her because she put more meat.

A kind employee misheard me on my order and gave me only one slice of salami and pepperoni, when I called her about it she told me to come back and she would give me 4x as much. I come back and she gives me 6x as much and a cookie. Will be coming back. What a kind and sincere employee.

Placed in order by mistake, called restaurant IMMEDIATELY to cancel. They said they can't cancel and I have to go online for a refund. I've sent a message 3 times and have never heard anything back. Poor customer service. Also the woman who answered the phone was rude and brushed me off.

I don't like writing bad reviews but after giving this place few tries, I won't be coming back. They are skimpy on the quantity of meat and veggies. Veggies are not fresh, especially the lettuce. Place doesn't seem like cleaned regularly with flies around.

Unfortunately, today I had a awful experience at this location. I came in for a free sub because today a free sub was given away. I’ve seen this advertised all over. From 99.5 to a very popular couponer. The name of the manager who helped me today is Eddi. He was very disrespectful to me this morning. He accused me (3 times.. within 30 minutes) of telling a number of individuals about this deal today and said no one is suppose to talk about it. He also informed me this deal is for people who come on the regular basis and it is to thank those who come often. I yet have seen where you have to be a regular customer on the website to get this item. He told me because he will give me this free item I need to spend money at his store (kind of seemed like he was threatening me.) because of this experience I will no longer purchase anything at this location because I will not be disrespected. I’ve done nothing wrong and if it wasn’t a give a away then I would pay for my sub. This man belittled me and embarrassed me in front of four customers. He told me how he had to call his boss to make sure he could give it to me. On top of this he made me wait for 20 minutes to be served. He was a very angry individual. I wasn’t nasty with him at all. I asked for his name and left it at that. I would love if there could be more training on how to treat customers with respect.
