Store is awful now. No menus up and nobody taking your order. Everyone had to touch the same screen at the counter to order. Never coming to this one again.

The staff are pretty good at this location, but that's where the positives end. The interior was redone and now looks like a very run down picnic area in a ghetto park no one would bother going to. All the seating is harder than concrete, the tables are constantly filthy, but that's the "look" of the table not a cleaning problem (apparently having crayon and dirt built into your table top is the new fad design?).The soda machine also needs to be cleaned. The soda tastes very off. Either extra chemicals, or the water line is dirty, or something, but it's not pleasant.The only reason i gave two stars is because the staff clearly is trying to provide good service and they are generally friendly.

It's Taco Bell. Good luck being able to understand the person on the speaker in the drive through. They're always very abrupt, but that seems typical of drive through now. No more, "may I take your order" or "welcome", it's just, "do you know what you want to order?"

The service here is horrible. They gave me the wrong drink and I came back to let them know it wasn’t Pepsi. Her reply was, I don’t know what it should taste like it’s the only drink we have that’s black. I reminded her she had Diet Pepsi and root beer and it tasted like a mix of both and said I just want regular Pepsi. She gave me root beer and then closed the window and ignored me. Her attitude was horrible she acted like she didn’t care and I had to honk my horn three times to get her to open the window. I hope the owner reads this so he knows to hire new staff

So, I guess each Taco Bell is a franchise, so this particular one, today 8/15/23 at 11:49am, whatever rude, piss-poor customer service rep on the drive through mic, doesn't know how to use their words and when I asked for a #5 with a Dr Pepper, they rudely and non-coherently barked something at me. When I didn't understand and said I didn't understand and repeated it, they yelled at me and scolded me if I wanted something else. This perhaps isn't who should be on the mic. If you want terrible customer service and poor quality, this is where to go. Stay away from this place.

I will come here only for the service if Nathan is there to get me my food everytime! He was awesome, funny, didn’t rush us, and made our day better after a long day of work! We will be back, thank you Nathan!
