My family and I ordered the red roasted pork and the crispy roast pork. The red one was very good like usual but the crispy pork was foul. When we picked up the crispy pork, it was slimy like ham that had gone bad. Hubby was the first one to try the crispy pork and as soon as he put it in his mouth he threw it back out. It tasted foul and it smelled weird. We took it back to the cashier. She and the cook said we can't return it. We asked the cook to taste it and he wouldn't. The cook didn't believe us because he said he cooked it this morning. It may have been cooked this morning but if you cooked with a bad pork, it won't make it any better. In the end, they agree to an exchange. They said they don't usually do that but made this one an exemption. They gave us the red roast pork for the same cost of the crispy pork. At least they allow an exchange. But I just wish the cook would taste the pork, even the fresh cut one from that same batch. How could they continue to sell it if they have heard of a complain that it was bad. At least verify it. To sell something that is bad meat is just simply wrong.

Food is good but owners are mean

Food is over priced and poorly made. The skin on the rice wraps are too thick, the shrimp stuffing was grainy. The sticky rice 粽子 is not tightly wrapped which results in loose rice on opening. Sweet Tofu 豆花 soup was very watery and the tofu itself has a poor bitter aftertaste. Spent 35 dollars for everything in this picture.

Food was ok but overpriced. The owner was very rude.

Whenever I shop at Lotte, I always stop by this little Asian restaurant (carryout only). Stuart, the owner, is so nice. I always enjoy visiting him and the nice lady who also works there. I don't remember her relationship to Stuart. I like their Roast Duck, but the last few times, I got it, the ducks were a bit skinny. I ate it all in one setting with my little 13lb dog. I think the duck was around $35 each. An expensive meal, but delicious! Too bad that the weekend is the best time to go, when they have all sorts of dim sum and some cooked meals and soup. The soup was real good. During the week, they have a limited menu. I believe the dim sum might have been frozen like the other restaurants. I usually order the same thing, and my favorite is their supersized sesame balls. Their roast pig and BBQ pork are good, too, but I like the roast pig better, and so does my dog. Believe it or not, my dog is very finicky, but she sure does like roast ducks and roast pig.

Absolutely HORRIBLE Service!! I went yesterday and asked the guy who seemed angry I bothered him from watching his phone on his headphones, asked him if I he still had pork belly. He said yes and I asked to get pork belly and rice. He said no. Only selling by the pound, I said Okay... even though the sign said otherwise I asked for half a pound since it seemed too pricey for almost 18 and honestly looked like it's been there all day as it was late in the day at 6pm. The guy said no, only by pound, and points at the sign. I said alright I'll take a pound. This guy... he says NO. He told me I cannot get a pound since there's a pound and a half left and that I would have to pay $25 for the whole thing. He continue to tell me he can't sell me a pound since if I bought a pound then he would only have half a pound left and who would buy it? What??! I wanted to buy half a pound?? And now he won't sell me a pound because there would be left over that I have to buy or else I cannot buy it? This isn't China. Don't start making your own f****** rules. I wonder if he even sold that pork belly... so I went next door to the Korean restaurant which is 100x better quality and service and bought $50 worth of food to bring home just to glare at that asshole's face. Don't bother coming here and support this nasty place. Garbage service and personality only means garbage business. STAY AWAY!!

This is the “fresh” pork belly they sold to us and kept making excuses for even though it smelled like rotten roadkill. They didn’t want to refund the $40 paid for this crap and had the worse attitude telling me to go ahead and post it online. You’re better off going around the corner or Falls Church.

They sell this spoiled meat to my uncle for over $40 and don't think they need to refund him. They're so lucky it was to my uncle because I would have t town it in their damn face trying to take advantage of people during Christmas.

Menu changed a lot and so did the prices. Everything tasted old even though it was ordered at the beginning of the day. The shrimps were so small and didn't feel like it was worth the price. I don't suggest getting the crepes from here. Probably never coming back.

Wish they had more choices of food. Not sure why it is called a cafe cos I don't think they serve coffee at all. It's a little Chinese takeout inside Lotte Plaza in Chantilly.I normally get their roast duck and pork buns. Both are really good. Service is friendly.

Great coffee for the US! Nice staff, who were always very busy but always friendly, had a coffee there everyday that we stayed across the road at the Chantilly Roosevelt

I liked the Shrimp rice crepes. The buns are good too. The combo rice/meat platter was ok.BUUUUUT.....,RUDE. AS.HELL.When there is confusion, instead of explaining the menu, they get extremely aggressive in a flip of a switch. ESPECIALLY when the big dude from the back shows up. Not a cool spot.

Peking duck was so worth the $. Actually, everything I've had here were good. Roast duck, crunchy pork, dim sum, egg tart, turnip cake. Yum, yum, and very yum.
