This restaurant is located inside the gas station, but don't let that turn you away from the best HALAL brisket sandwich and poutine in the DMV. 10/10 would recommend.

It's inside of a rundown shell station which I'm surprised is still operating (the station not the cheesesteak place). The cheesesteak place also goes under YoPo's on uber eats. I had their pouting a while ago and it was delicious, full of sauces and gooey. The gas station is sad and these guys should consider a better location with more visibility.

This used to be a food truck and is now in the back of the BP. They still have the truck. They also support the community and schools which is appreciated. The cheesesteak is, of course, amazing but we really go for the authentic Middle Eastern food. They will make the cheesesteak how you like it and the roll is both crispy and soft. It is always like it is bakery fresh made that day. The food is absolute amazing! We usually get the beef (not spicy), the lamb, fries and AMAZING boom boom fry sauce as well as yogurt sauce. The rice is perfect every time. The baklava is on-point and my wife and I love it. They did change the Naan recipe or transitioned to a commercial bread as they got bigger and picked up some of the government food contracts. It's still good but it is different. It's not Wegmans (which is delicious commercial Naan) but something else. It's still good Naan!

Ordered steak and cheese, and basically got two pieces of bread with little bits of beef sprinkled on. All I ate was bread and couldn't finish this horrible sub. $14 for this lmao, horrible business ethics. I couldn't even rate this because all I tasted was bread. Made a ramen for dinner for less than a $1 after spending $40+ with tip. Gave it two stars since the wife said her kabob was decent. Will not be supporting this establishment and can't change my mind after this experience. I can't be the only one. Uploaded photos to show proof. Insane how their still in business

Delicious and owner is friendly. My only complaint is it can be difficult to get through in the evenings. Also, when I just called to order lunch, the message said they open at 3PM.

We went there on a Wednesday night as we were in the area and were looking for halal food, a couple before us was waiting for food before us and they kept waiting even after we picked up our order. Ordered bbq beef brisket sandwich with fries and steak poutine, $34 for both was a bit steep for gas station, cold, overly salty food. The guy who took my order said he will give me some extra free stuff as I am a new customer and when we opened our food bag, there was nothing extra in it. Cold, overly salty, over priced, and just plain out not very appetizing food. Skip by all means!

Steak poutine X kabob is the best combo!! Such a good but hidden place, highly recommend. It's a huge portion so I recommend sharing. Can't wait to go back.

So this used to be the go-to place when it first opened; however, it has gone down hill in the last year or so. First, the Baklava is no longer good and whoever is making it now is not making it correctly. Second, the food is OK and the chicken is not being seasoned as it used to be.. Third the pita bread is now being cut in half vs the full pita bread. And lastly they now sell horchata but the last 4 times I've gone they don't have it. Not sure if there is new management but today was my last time eating here. Sorry, I really wanted to support our local business but it's not worth it. I also would like to add that the wait time has also increased too. It used to take a few minutes for the food to be ready when I arrived but today I waited a over 10 minutes. It seems like orders were coming in like crazy but with only employees it was hard for them to keep up.

Last week was the first time I went to this place on someone's recommendation. The person who attended me was attentive and very friendly. I loved that and their food even more, that's why I came back today 10/01/22. It was barely 8:10 pm and it was disappointing not to find Mr. with the same kindness and spontaneity as before, also there was no meat and no lamb either. A piece of advice don't run out of essential products and another thing, the guys there need a little more training in customer service, good luck.

Amazing chickpeas side with the cheesesteak! Highly recommend this place if you're in Northern Virginia

Unfortunately, the quality and consistency was off. The person preparing the food on 12/27 dropped the ball on our $70+ order...and we ended up having to order food from a different restaurant. Ordered 5 separate dishes and everything was disappointing. First time trying their kabob platters and not thrilled; chicken was dry, would prefer traditional brown rice over the plain white but the mix of sauces help, chickpeas were salty and inedible, and the naan was actually half slice of pita normally used for gyros. With any kabob dishes everywhere else, only a fresh tandoori naan is served. Pitas were also cold and hard. I've had the cheesesteak once before, but today they were rushed. Lacked meat as both ends of the roll were empty, the cheese wasn't melted and still in shredded state, and strangely, both were a 9" size and not the 12" size I ordered. Maybe they ran low on 12" rolls and meat. Custom directions were not followed either, as sandwiches had everything on them. Even with this experience, I would still recommend their cheesesteaks and poutine, when prepared properly and consistently. The kabob platters need to be reworked, especially replacing pita with fresh tandoori naan. I'm sure YoPo himself preps food much better, but staffing & training issues are impacting quality of the products.

Delicious every time! It is my comfort food place. You’d never think such quality is coming out of the gas station. The owner is really passionate about his product.
