Love this place! Came in earlier today for the first time, where as I normally go to the one in Franklin Farm. Got my usual Sunrise Sunset, I have to say it tasted SO much better here! The staff needs to keep up their great work! And I will definitely be coming back.

The pumpkin spice smoothie was absolutely to die for and pairs well with the sun kissed sweet potatoes and the turkey sandwich. Would definitely go again.

Customer service sucks. Cashier leaning on counter taking customer orders. Employee on phone making my food. Y'all gone these jobs to these young kids that have know supervision and act like it's the customers fault they work here. These girls haven't asked one customer if they can take my order.

The tip request at point of sale is why I’m giving 2/5.I go here often, it’s a great store. Friendly staff, clean and fast normally during the week days I visit.My issue is when I’m prompted to pay on the card reader and it is pre set for tipping 20%.I should not have to take time to try and figure out which of the buttons it is to select no tip.If you want an option for tipping, that’s fine but do not make your customers stand there and click a bunch of buttons trying to just pay for their food.I was never tipped for working at a fast food restaurant, you should pay your employees more rather than ask your customers to purchase food from you and then support your employees.No one is being waited on, no one is seating people. Tipping request are out of control during a time of already high inflation and it’s not cool.

I purchased avocado with cheese it’s really looking so much bad and you cannot even eat. It does not taste good at all. I also purchase a smoothie with strawberry and peach mix together and also that’s not as good. I think they need to improve the product very well.I think I wasted my money yesterday

I love this place. I usually order from the app and my order is always ready for me when I arrive. I have never had to wait. They always get my order correct and I've never had any issues. I love the variety they offer, but it would be great if they offered Acai bowls!

In this location it is not good at all, I ordered and it did not taste fresh and very watery, the fruit as if it were very oldI accidentally ordered at the wrong location, I always order in Franklyn Farm and Sterling not problem at all
