Went thru drive thru ordered # 3 classic with sprite at 7pm Monday (3/04/2024)night. When I got home all the food nuggets, fries were cold. This meal cost $10.59. I will not do that again. I live 2.4 miles from the store (sully station). This has happened multiple times (so this time I decided to leave a review) I tried to call several times but it goes straight to voicemail mail so leaving a message or speaking to a manager isn’t a option. I understand why the other restaurants always have a line and at the most there may be 1 car in the drive thru.

Came to this location around 11:10. No cars in the drive thru. When I first pulled up there was two people talking to me at the same time and couldn't understand what they were saying. Ordered food for three people and was still told to pull up to the side of the road and waited for 10-15 minutes. After I got my food I was missing multiple items and one of them was incorrect.

One of the few Wendy's that will substitute chili for fries. The biggie bag is one of THE BEST VALUES for a single meal. This is THE go-to when it's show time at the Expo Center! Have never had an unsatisfactory visit at this particular location.

Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food burgers, but this location is atrocious. I've tried 3 or 4 times, and every time the food is lukewarm, the buns are stale, half the time the order is wrong, and the employees look at me like I'm interrupting their life. Just avoid this location.
Okay, this is the fastest Wendy's restaurant I have visited, perhaps ever. The food was hot and fresh. If this is their normal SOP corporate should take notice of their training system.

So I always go here and for most part I have an ok experience. Yesterday I went I placed my order in drive thur. The person that took my order was great it was around 3 ish. I know my order is not normal I ask for no bun and no fries. But I got 3 nuggets instead of 4 so I went back and let another lady know I was missing a nugget. She said seriously which its not a response that I would of expected. I said yes seriously I paid for it and on top of that I did not even want the fries that I paid for and i let you guys know. She gave me the nugget. Did not apologize or nothing. Regardless that was not the way you talk to a paying customer. That made my experience not pleasant at all. Hopefully they train the employees better customer service.
