I went to Arbys In Charlottesville on my lunch break, Things are getting expensive! But then I thought well if I stayed below a certain amount it would be ok, So I got me a fish sandwich, and I told her a dollar drink! But then I drove off wondering why I spent more than what I wanted to! I looked at the receipt, and saw that she charged me for a medium drink almost 3 for a drink! Oooh! No I was not planning on spending that much for a drink! The young girl was not paying attention to what I said! I wanted my money back! 3.00 is alot of money I cannot afford that!

Visited this Arby’s yesterday. The lady at the window asks, “DO you want to hear a joke?” Being nice, we said sure. She proceeds to tell us a terrible racist joke.The food, we had to pull up because they said they were waiting for fries. We get the fries and they are barely warm. The roast beef was ok, but it was cold. Lesson learned about this Arby’s.

Service was great. Beef & Cheddar were less than ideal. There was too much cheddar on the sandwiches. Usually I like a little extra but this was so much and it oozed all over that the sandwiches were slippery and hard to hold. Chocolate shake as usual was very good.

We go to Arby’s on Sundays for lunch and always order the turkey bacon market fresh sandwich. It’s always good—except today. The sandwich came without the bacon and with brown wilted lettuce that we had to pull off the sandwich and throw away. Sad.

The 2 employees were not working well together. The male left the female trying to do all the service while he exited the building to talk on the phone.
