My husband and I spent over $17.00 for a BBQ sandwich meal & 1 fish sandwich, the fish sandwich had almost no tartar sauce & the cheese was cold, not melted. The BBQ sandwich was just nasty, the bun was super soggy, the meat was cold & the tast of the BBQ was so bad I couldn't eat it, the fries we're cold and hard the only thing good out of the whole order was my drink.

Slow service, card reader didn’t work all of a sudden, hassled me over not having cash and wouldn’t give me my card back till they were done arguing there point and arguing with each other 2/13
We got there later in the evening on a Friday. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. They were so patient when I couldn't figure out what to get. The young man at the register listened to me talk about going to Bojangles years and years ago. We were the only customers there, and as each of the staff left their shift, they stopped by to say goodnight and to wish us safe travels. I had my hands full as I was leaving, and the lady in the kitchen came out to hold the door for me. What amazing customer service! We left before closing time, but it was close. We were never rushed. To the Management -you should be proud of your staff. Oh and the food was great! ?
