I used to go here before covid on my way home, and it was convenient. The first time I visited after covid, I ordered on their app, they took my money and when I went to the store, it was closed. I tried again recently and waited 30 minutes for my food before leaving and requesting a refund. I'm not sure how this place is still in business.

This store always serves the best whopper of any-store is also newly remodeled and extremely clean.
IT'S DEFINITELY NOT YOUR WAY, ?,I THINK IF YOU DON'T CARE WHAT THEY THROW IN THE BAG WELL, YOUR GOOD..if you want cheese, you'll get it,, slapped on cold or microwaved in a old sitting burger,, so that the whole burger looks like something you'd already tossed in the trash and decided to pull it out and look an there's your replica of have it your way.?,head across the street for a slice of great pizza and bypass the digging in your bag for one of the horrid burgers you'll ever have.???.,5th Street extended,Cville Va.

Food took forever, and it was wrong and absolute struggle to get the right food. Plus, the person working the checkout was clearly high and couldn't function properly, not to mention she stopped us in the middle of taking our order to take a personal phone call where she was arguing with a person over the phone. However the bright side clean dining room and the dude responsible for cleaning, who was just standing out there, was a total legend.

I would give no stars sit in drive thur 10 minutes no one takes order. Go to leave one guy outside smoking the other one standing at drive thur window doing nothing. Need to hire new people.

Employees weren't in uniform, no hair nets...customer service was just very poor . A young lady with braids took my order and first thing we ordered was a chicken sandwich and then I proceeded to tell her my order. She rang me up for only one sandwich and then when I approached her about the issue she seemed to have a snobby attitude. I will not be coming back to this establishment again .
