Mexican wits a South American flair. Food is excellent, very tasty. Our new favorite Mexican place to eat. Service was excellent although we were the only customers at the time getting there when they opened at 11:00 AM. The place is clean and bright with lots of ambient lighting.

Server hardly spoke English so it was hard asking questions about the food, the food was good but nothing special and the service was bad as we had to wait over 15 minutes to get our check .

I rarely leave negative comments but this was the worst Mexican food I've ever tasted. Ate here with my family but first we were ignored for 5 minutes upon arrival then when the waitress came to take our drink order we had to wait 10 minutes for margaritas while she pranced around flirting with the guys at the bar. The chips were hard as rocks , rice was just white rice with no flavor . My chicken tamale had a long strand of hair in it , steak was chewy, chimichanga was not crispy and tasted like old oil , the waitress never came back to refill our drinks , we had to wave her down to bring us canned soda because the margaritas were thick , syrupy and undrinkable and the glasses were filthy . We also asked for plasticware since the silverware had food particles and were gross. The bite of guacamole that I tasted was good but I was afraid to eat anything else and possibly get sick . The waitress gave us a refund on the margaritas. Returned home hungry and still had to cook for my family.

Wow. Tried pupusas - AMAZING. And cheap. I ordered three and should have only gotten one. Filling. Happy belly. Family got burritos (huge), fajitas and we filled up! Their guacamole is nice and thick with just the right amount of heat. Their margarita was a generous size. We would definitely come back. Our server is still learning English, but he made sure he checked our order with us. Totally recommend!

A television constantly going at high volume for waitress kids.They have but a single server that speaks no English.They are nothing like what original restaurant was there as calm and confident and swiftly aiming to please a person.They take 40 minutes to bring nachos.They forget orders and can't comprehend you would want TWO OF THE SAME THINGIf there's no way they can keep up with me on a something as simple two nachos (and extra sour cream not a mix of the two as cream queso that was used to cheat on my order.And two drinks in a glass not only some can.No condiments kike sugar packets or black pepper on table or available.If they cannot but misunderstand as there is such a lack of enthusiasm it is unsuitable for nice meals.Looks like they ain't got margaritas either.

The music is extremely loud, me and my 4-month-old son, the food takes a long time, we were only 2 tables, the waiters with loose hair and not tied up, do not wear an apron, I left very disappointed before I came to the carnitas and restaurant and the staff was more friendly, they are dressed professionally, apparently the new administration does not know what they are doing to finish with a gold brooch, they do not come to the table to give them refills.

We started with the chips and salsa. The chips are house made and are not like the classic triangle chips you get elsewhere. They don't break when dipping in the salsa. The salsa is very fresh with a rich tomato and cilantro flavor with a medium spice.The Carne asada was plated well with a good presentation. The beef was tasty, the rice moist, and the pico was extremely fresh. The beans were on point, and the whole grilled jalapeño was a nice touch.Likewise, with the chicken fajitas, the plating and presentation were attractive. The chicken was flavorful. We would order it again.The restaurant atmosphere is open with several booths. The tables were clean as well.

Went there for lunch based on some recommendations and was impressed. The food was fantastic, and the price was good considering inflation and how much other places are charging now. It's probably the least expensive lunch buffet in town with real food. I will definitely go back.

Everything is delicious but the chips and salsa are out of this world. Love the chimichangas.The days that the owner Nora is there are the best. I eat here at least once a month now and am rarely disappointed.Dietary restrictions: They are always thoughtful and caring staff and remember my allergy when I come in.

We popped into Cactus for dinner last night and the food was delicious. The portions were huge. The chips and salsa were not your standard big chain Tostitos and the cheese dip was AMAZING. The service was not great. It was a Friday night and we were one of 3 tables. The music was night club loud and I had to yell to be heard. 10/10 recommend the food though. Maybe next time we will try it to go!
