I really want to like this place, but the past couple times I have eaten here, the food has been ridiculously over-salted, to the point where it was almost inedible. Nice quick service though, and a seamless online interface for ordering.

I contacted Farmacy regarding the catering of an event that was less than a week away. They got back to me very promptly over a holiday weekend, and the food was all as tasty as it gets and the vegetarian options were perfect. Can't thank the team enough!

This is my new favorite place to eat in Charlottesville. I love the concept of a healthy delicious food. Yesterday I ordered the super breakfast tacos with chorizo, and it was amazing. The very spicy sauce was indeed spicy, but delicious, not the spicy that would torture, at least for me. Today I got the steak fries and they were really good. Some of the fries were a little too well done for my taste, but still delicious. The location is not the best for me, regarding parking, but I see that they also have a food truck that might be more accessible for those who drive. Overall, they are amazing 10/10.

Super great lunch yesterday at the Keswick Farm Tour. The FARMacy gringos tacos and sauces (spicy) were some of the best I have ever had locally, and generous portions too. So good I had to find FARMacy online so I could find out how to get more very soon. Yummy!Parking: The food truck came to a festival in my neighborhood! How convenient is that?

This was an absolutely fantastic meal. The food was fresh, and left us feeling satisfied, yet not weighed down. The owner went above an beyond to make sure my colleages and I had a great meal. We sat outside, where there was tons of seating. They can meet all dietary restrictions, and I will 100% be back if I'm ever in the Charlottesville area again!
Farmacy is amazing. They cater to our company about once a month (breakfast meetings of over a hundred people) and are always prompt, communicative, and bring fresh, warm food of consistent quality. They're extremely kind and accommodating. As for the restaurant itself, never disappointing; great, nutritious options for a variety of palettes and diets made fresh without too bad of a wait time, and always delicious. I'm an extremely picky eater and never thought I'd like Mexican (technically Mexican "fusion") food and am a huge Farmacy fan because I know whatever I get will be good. If you can find time within their hours, they're a must-try.

We love Farmacy and their ever-willingness to make us vegan options! Their food is mostly organic, "real" food and you can taste the care they put into it. * vegan burrito (no mushrooms for me) is huge and absolutely delicious * black bean gringo tacos (sub guac for the crema, omit cheese) are HUGE for tacos and very yummy as well * tofu breakfast tacos I've yet to try but want to * the star of the show, to me, is their hot sauce! They now sell it bottled which is a huge relief to someone like me who couldn't get enough. I've only been to the food truck, but service is top notch and very friendly. The food is FRESH. If you're walking on the downtown mall I have no doubt that their brick and mortar would impress as well. In a cute area of town.
